I have an iPhone 13 Pro max running iOS 16.3.1.
Capitalone Mobile app version 5.109.1.
Issue is with Voiceover running, I cannot transfer money to and from an
external account to any of my Capitalone accounts. If voiceover is off, a
sighted person can select the external account and it work
