Yes, Kanchan, you are right. The paragraph dialogue box is more efficient. But I use the tab key for a shortcut. I have noted that my address takes about 2.5 inches and so I use the tab key for seven times to get an indentation of 3.5 inches. You can also set tab stop at 3.5 inches from the Tab stop dialogue box under View menu perhaps. I would also add, use alt+delete key to check cursor position in terms of inches in ms word. If you are in normal view, jaws takes the left margin at 0 inch, whatever the actual page margin is. It announces the correct left position if the print layout view is checked under View menu. As regards the top margin, jaws is always right. I frequently use alt+delete key to check position of the cursor and it helps me to understand the format when sighted assistance is not available. If you have a shorter address per line then you can move it more towards the right by keeping a higher indent on the left. If you dont understand what I have tried to explain then call me personally Never use the Tab button it is the shabbiest way to do this. Sometimes it is easier to use a table and put in 2 colums with one row. do not type in the first column but only in the second column and keep using the enter button between the lines. Needless to say you must hide gridlines before sending or printing. Both the ways I have suggested will ensure that it is absolutely accurate without sighted assistance and you wont have a problem in case the paper or margin size changes. Since a lot of us havent seen since birht it is best to understand these concepts by letting people explain this on the palm. I know that some trainers do this by using clay. Once again do not use tabs or the space bar. Dear vinod, just hold the mobility cane with your thumb, index finger and middle finger like holding pencil and touch the ground with the bottom end of the cane. It is called "the pencil technique." Now move the cane as per the regular procedure, i.e if you put your left leg, the cane should be your right side, and if you put your right leg, the cane should be your left side. you need some practice to use the cane in normal method and in the pencil technique. I learnt mobility from NAB mobility training centre bangalore in 1991. The dedicated instructors taught me all the techniques in mobility and they used to walk with the trainees in the busy roads and market, and railway station etc, all over the day. I take this opportunity to thank the NAB mobility training centre bangalore. they have changed my life by giving such a wonderful training and made me walk independently, safely and gracefully. Hi friends & especial to Subramani, To Subramani because seems he had enough harassment from VSNL. One may have his individual experiences with an individual service provider but this is what I have with Airtel. Their 'Rs.250/- combo plan with additional Rs. 199/- for night top up' makes only 450/- a month. Irrespective of 200 MB free download during the month it gives us 8 PM to 8 AM 12 hrs' free downl time during which you could download/upload any amount of GB. Besides, their services are very very customer oriented. In my area they often attend the complaints within 2-4 hrs. At times I had some billing disputes where at least 50% was my fault too but they agreed to my terms by giving complete waiver where they thought I caught hold on their nerves.
