Re: [AI] AI: How to convert MS word files in to HTML.

2017-02-20 Thread Kiran Khetmalas
HiThere,

PFB the steps.

To convert a MS Word document into HTML:
1. Open the Word document in Microsoft Word.
2. Click File or the Office button (depending on your version of Word).
3. Choose Save As.
4. Under the Save As type drop-down menu, choose Web Page, Filtered.
5. Under Save In, select the folder where you would like to save the file.

Thanks and Regards,
Kiran

2017-02-20 Thread Aakash Bansal
Hi Sajal,

As Alok said, first of all you should rid off the idea that you will not be
able to pursue career as an IT engineer.

I am a PhD student at IIT Delhi...RP patient and working in the field of
making STEM (Science, Technology, ENgineering and Mathematics) education
accessible with the screen reader NVDA. I would suggest you to switch to
NVDA instead of using screen with high contrast and magnifiers. Direct use
of screen increases the deterioration rate, which is not good for the RP
patients.

Recently, we are developing a group which will take up the various projects
related to Science and Mathematics accessibility. Please read out the
attachment to know more about the group. You are most welcome to join us.
The last date to join the group is Feb 28, 2017.

Love to have a cool interaction with you. Please feel free to contact me if
you want to discuss any challenge.

Thanks and Regards

Re: [AI] Saraswat bank denial case

2017-02-20 Thread Vamshi. G
I think the 75% and 25% relate to Barrier Break which is refered to as
the company in the sentence. Being such a company, they are amazed at
banking system. In fact, the more familiar any organisation is with
disability, the more familiar they would be with discrimination.
Anyways, very good effort by Barrier Break. Hearty congratulations.

I always maintain disabled customers should make noise when they are
discriminated, and such noise should be made at the top. Banks do
listen to customers.

Hello there...
I am Sajal Arora, an IT emgineering student in Chennai. I am a patient of
RP, on an intermediate stage. With my eventually detoriating vision, it is
hard to figure out my goal in one particular field.

IT sector is developing rapidly and now companies want more skilled
developers. i like coding, but that wont be a long term thing as per my
disease.
I already manage surviving with an invert color magnification in my laptop
which make my work really slow. I dont know whether i will get campus
placement or not, I really dont wanna work at banks after struggling a lot
in engineering. I just want a job where i could earn lots of money tbat
gets me out of this miserable life. Since my childhood, i always wanted to
be an actor but thats immature to think of it right now.

I dont have anyone who can guide me the right path. So is there anyone from
my field(computer) who can guide me a path to follow. Please mail me back.
