I would prefer readable e text.
Is there any possibility, please?
Or has somebody audio recorded them?
Recently, I had the class 2nd math book audio recorded in English by a friend 
with description of pictures and exercises.
It is helpful.

Actually, I have observed in the present multi-sensory miliu, it is a challenge 
to take study of children by blind parents.

Any experiences, and useful tricks, please?

display or hard copies if you so desire.In fact NAB Braille Press has all the 
Maths textbooks from std.1 to 10 of both Marathi and English medium.

to read/listen accessibly.

Scanning does not yield readable results.

So, are there any readable soft copies available, or audio recorded

Hi,
I could be mistaken but there used to be settings on how much formatting to
preserve.  You  probably have them set to preserve exact formatting. Try
changing them and see what happens. I cannot tell you from where because I
no longer have fine Reader installed.
The impact of preserve exact formatting is that Fine Reader creates an image
PDF.

[AI] problem in PDF documents scanned through ABBYY fine reader

Hey friends,
Whenever I am scanning any physical document through fine reader and
converting it into PDF doc, the resultant pdf document is being read
by JAWS like:
"--_:::

However, the same document when I am converting into word or other
formats, it is fine with JAWS. Even from naked eyes, it is properly
readable.

So, please suggest that what can be the problem and how it can be resolved?

Placed the cursor on a space between two words and pressed the undo

[AI] problem in installing softwares

Dear list members,
Whenever I am trying to install any software in my PC either directly
through websites or installing through installer executable file kept
in my PC, windows is creating problem.
Instead of installation, "windows store" is getting opened with the
message that "similar software is available in store". For example, I
tried to install adobe acrobat reader directly from its site, but
windows is offering me "adobe reader touch" software. Moreover, this
window is very much inaccessible and not letting me to skip this
option and move on to the original installation.
So, please suggest me that how to disable windows to offer its
inbuilt/stored softwares in windows store and directly install
software of my own choice?
I am using Windows 10.

A big thanks to all those who responded to this thread.
My last question regarding this aftershokz bone conduction headphones is,
is it safe to use it for long periods of time, say for 2 or 3 hours at a 
stretch?
in other words, Are there any side effects or cautions  that we have to be 
aware of while using these headphones for long periods of time?
As I mentioned my main purpose to use them will be for listening to long 
lectures, audio books etc.

conference calls to working on the computer to listening to soundscape/google 
maps and they work great

Of late, the Bluetooth connectivity with the IPhone has been flaky specially if 
you have several apps trying to control volume of audio. The most problems I 
have are with skype on the phone.


Even with this, I recommend these as much as I can. They are indispensable. 
Their warranty is also very good. I have broken 4 of these and have had all of 
them replaced for no charge very promptly. The breaking was not because of poor 
build quality but because of my very heavy and rough use.
