BYou can try following tric, under deduction section firstly kindly add 
80dd sec, save it by drop downs selection. Once you saved it again delete 
that particular 80dd sec. Press confirm button and try to validate it will 
not show that error.

Number Reading: When reading content or checking missed calls, it announces
numbers in thousands, millions, and billions, which is inconvenient. Users
should have the option to choose how numbers are read (digits, doubles,
triplets, and pairs). There should also be a dictionary feature so that
users can correct pronunciation as needed.

Symbol and Punctuation Reading Options: Users should be given the option to
choose how symbols and punctuations are read (all, some, most, or none).
This level of customization will improve accessibility for users with
varying preferences.

Addressing Challenges with Multi-language Content

Multi-language Content Handling: Auto-language detection needs improvement
for content containing multiple languages, such as Gujarati, Hindi, and
English. The app should switch to the appropriate voice based on the
language detected in each section of the text. Note: These examples are
indicative; the principle applies to all languages, whether they are
foreign or Indian. The fact that the author and creator of the report is
from Gujarat, India, is the reason for the inclusion of Indian languages as
examples. Enhancements in this area will provide a more natural and
seamless reading experience for users encountering mixed-language content.

Overall Performance

Speed, accuracy, and overall user experience need significant improvement.
Even with the latest version, the app feels ineffective.

Focus on Accessibility through Action

Promoting accessibility through actions speaks louder than words. I urge
Google to take these issues seriously and fix them as soon as possible.
These improvements would benefit the entire blind community.

Under total deduction section you can easily add 80U, go to deduction 
section and straight away press continue if other diductions  are already 
confirmed, buy pressing b various deduction you will find here if unable to 
locate sec. 80u then press show all deduction button. You will find option 
"Add 80u" press enter and from combo box select disability type wheather   
complete or   partial. Enter respective amount either 75000 or 125000. 
Press save and confirm..

Post login screen is somewhat accessible, however in rest of menus Steel 
unable to navigate such as, if I want to view my old returns then task is 
not possible by screen reader.  I think status ko remains in rest of submenus.

1.	The site is not at all accessible using the virtual cursor, it is 
partially accessible by turning the virtual cursor off but not every job 
can be performed without the virtual cursor.
2.	Even when the site was fairly accessible about a few months back, some 
of the things, like, logout button, selecting the assessment year, could 
not be located easily and one had to play around with increasing/decreasing 
the zoom on the webpage.
3.	It is not possible all the time to locate the login link on the main 
website.
4.	Some of the items on the pre-logging page keep refreshing so fast that 
one has to put such a hard work to be able to locate them, finding items 
has really turned out to be equivalent to playing a mindful game!

Dear Members,


till last month new ITR portal was accessible where it was very easy to 
perform our requirements                    however, it was bit slow. 
now in same lines, recently portal is found very inaccessible, as 
instance if we want to reset password no options are accessible after we 
enter PAN, further post log in page most of menus are impossible to 
navigate after entering in to them, namely if we try to file ITR and 
would want to confirm basic data, ones we enter JAWS/NVDA do not read 
options and erow  keys are not working, only a few  options being read 
by pressing tab via JAWS/NVDA. i have tried all 3 major browsers such as 
crome, MSedge,  firefox, and IE. if anyone having solution please guide, 
no resetting zoom options are working, please guide.

As per SBI internal master circular blind/visually challenge can 
maintain saving acc on thumb.


cheque books can be easily operated via thumb with few restrictions. 
here internetbanking and ATM cannot be denied to blind/visually challenge.


Further, if second holder who is doing signature in E-S mode can avail 
chequebook, ATM internet banking ATM without any condition of first 
holder doing thumb impression.


You should go to them and firmly convey that, they should refer bank's 
instructions in this regard. there is master circular for internal usage.

politely.


I would like to know from my learned friends if anything can be done 
to restore the cheque book and ATM card facility to the savings bank 
account. Also will it be possible to swap first  account holder name 
with second account holder name so that the issue of denying  the 
facilities based on sighted condition of first account holder can be 
circumvented.

railway, but 5-6 months have been gone of submission and still not 
single one received it. they don't even respond if application is stuck

As stated above I am not able to read even simple text pdf file by using 
jaws 19, earlier in jaws 18th it was working well. Jaws reads blank

With reference to above mentioned subject, while installing any software 
i am getting following error.


Kurzvail
Warning 1909. Could not create Shortcut Kurzvail.lnk. Verify that 
graphic 491  the destination folder exists and that you can access it.

please guide me with solution I am using windows 10 64  bit latest updates.

I have tried with other software as well same error appears ones 
installation process starts. In middle of installation it gets terminate.

during my last check up, one of Retina specialist adviced me some of 
things, so I want to know that do really are they true in medicle 
science, or there is always probablity resites.
he adviced me not to marry patnar who is having RP, even if I marry then 
I should think for opspring,

as per him there are nearly 100 % chanses of child getting RP,

same time he adviced me to marry sighted patner it would reduce chanses,

Hi Sir,

they might have checked your atm status by using green channel thats why 
it was showing that kind of error.
in SBI group while creating CIF of customer there is visual impairment 
cap which is not allowing us to take benefit of green channel counter.

anything happend to my account, and the bank doesn't have any 
responsibility in the future etc, etc.



First I agreed,


But, after that I contacted some of my friends and they told me that, 
don't give any letter like they said.



then I call me them back and told that, Sorry mam, there is an RBI 
circular is saying that, whatever facility that should be provided to 
visually impaired person without any discrimination, and so many blind 
people are using the same, and so many blind people are working in the 
banking sector as well.



then she replyed that, that I know there is a circular, but, the there 
is no braille facility is available for using internet banking, that 
is the reason we are saying  that.



I told her that, if your having any doubt like this, you have to ask 
the organization,  which is working for the wellfare of the blind 
community, not to your help desk team.



They doesn't no what the visually impaired person can do, see mam, am 
also working in one of the MNC company that is HCl, I already told you 
before.



again if your saying that you need some kinds of letter like your 
told, I will share some of my blind friends those who are working in 
banking sector, and my organization people wil contact you soon, then 
the cituvation totaly will get change, I said, now tell me, is letter 
required?





then she replyed that, no sir, I Will do the needful, don't worry.


Finally, net banking is get activated in my account today!!.


Here, I would like to share some suggestions regarding these kinds of 
issues.



in the training time, the hier authorities should teach the trainies, 
how to deal with a visually impaired custamer, and which are the 
facilities they can provide them respectively, then only these kinds 
of issues we can avoid in the future.



2. All managers/ officers should have clear idea about, what are the 
facilities vi custamer  can use without any trouble.

you can change search engine to Google by following thing,

open your web browser as far as I assume it must be internet explorer,

press olt T, internet options,

you will directly land to home page tab, in current page option type 
www.google.in


press okay, and reopen I.E,

you will find google as search engine.


if you want to make I.E browser as short cut on desktop then type 
internet explorer in search box by pressing window key navigate with up 
and down erro, find internet explorer and apply application key try to 
find in send to option.

you can use tab to type all required fields and finish typing.

hi Friends and Elders,

	I am new employee of Sbi as PO and i am trying to get net banking but 
my branch manager and clerk who opens account says that i am not 
properly signning as per RBI rules they are saying me that capital 
signature is not aloud hence come with small case. so i did. still they 
are saying that still your signature is very simple and postponding it 
day by day. i would have applied for net banking via debit card but 
still i haven't received its pin. now in this situation what should i do 
friends and elders,

however, with same signature i am having all facility of bank in BOB.
further i am keeping patience because i am employee there. else i would 
have fought to get it.


even they know about circulars and all sort of things.

here please tell me how to convince this people,
they are saying that ones you get your full atm details you by your own 
get sbi net banking.


here with employee above situation is persist then what would be 
happening to other vi who is trying for it.


my point is that what is their problem even if my signature are simple.

please anyone throw light on it and correct me if i am having any 
misconception.
