Hi Jayanth, NVDA with latest version is not support latest WhatsApp web and desktop version. I tried with NVDA WhatsApp add-on it is not supporting. If you wants to use need migrate older version of WhatsApp and NVDA to access this app. You can use latest version with JAWS and Microsoft Edge to access WhatsApp web and desktop version.
