Hi
You can find the type of your processor in system information. You will find 
this in accessories.
As they are different architecture that is the reason separate release are made.
Besides tablets, , some netbooks sport ARM processor.

2.  now microsoft releases 4 type of windows updates for windows 10, for 
32bit, windows server 2019, windows 10 arm64-based machine and 64-based

64bit is for cpu processor and arm 64 or arm is for mobile processor.
