[AI] About net banking: state bank of india loging issues.

2012-11-19 Thread Surendra Salgaonkar)
Dear ones,
I just got the user ID and password from my branch. After two days, i am
trying to log in through my e5 mobile to change my user ID and my password, but
i am not able to do so, as the message comes invalid user ID and password. Now
my questions are,
1. Can i log through my e5 mobile?
2. When first time loging, computer is to be used?
3. There are two types of loging, 1 is general, and other is for us. Now wich
page to be used? Can be use both the pagess for the loging?
4. What URL is to be used? E5 is accessable?
Please: read my mail carefully and then reply.
Thank you good luck!

the bank. Then change the user name and password. You can change user name

2011-01-16 Thread Zujar
I and Vishnu are using SBI's netbanking since May 2009. It's well-accessible
using JAWS and each transaction is secured by a high security password on
registered mobile number.

Hi all,

though I have opened an account in State Bank Of India on October 2010 and
applied for net banking, but did not got access to its net banking. The
branch gave me an username and password but did not allow access to the page

net banking for visually challenge and could not been able to access the
facility till now.

I talked with the head of net banking Mr. Agam Prakash Sharma, but my
problem is yet to be solved.

I have lodged a complain in their happy room but I experienced that, even
they are not aware that, the visually challenged persons have such facility
in the bank. they also told me that, the facility is in experimental stage.
When I categorically told that, such facility is in existence, they assured
me to help and I am waiting for it.

So if anyone can help, I will be highly solicited.

Thanks.

Yours sincerely,
Amarnath De.

 Dear,
Though one website and phone number of SBI has been provided by some of
our friend, here is something about SBI net banking facility:
 1. If you have account with SbI, you can approach your branch to fill out

the form and complete other formality to get facility of netbanking with
 them.
 2. generally, by net banking, you can:
 a. check your account balance and status
  b. fund transfer
 c. paying your policy premium etc.
 d. apply for IPOs etc.
many more tasks, you will know when you start using it.

Re: [AI] about net banking.

2011-01-16 Thread mukesh jain
hello,
i am using net banking of sbi successfully with the browser internet
explorer. however, with mazila firefox i am unable to get the log in
page on the screen. it shows me the valid security certificate
authentication and asks me to asure the valid certificate for
onlinesbi.com

assuming that this problem might be with the settings loaded for
firefox on one machine, i tried to log in with the same browser on my
other personal computer. but the same authentication was required.

so i would like to know that what could be the solution for such problem?

looking forward for your reply.

thanks,
