Hi, My permanent address and the hospital which issued my disability certificate is located in Uttar Pradesh. However, I am currently posted in Maharashtra. My employer which is a regulatory/statutory body has also issued to me 'letter of allotment' for the accomodation provided by it. Hence I googled for the site and the found https://divyangjan-rail.in/Home/Index I registered and logged into it. I couldn't find the hospital name in the combo... Friends please check into the link and suggest your opinion. I doubt whether it may be the site for Northern zone as I find no name of the hospital from Tamilnadu. Glad to hear this... I just tried on the link and found the following... The five states available are: Tamilnadu, Andra, Telungana, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The capture is well read by Google image description, I logged in through this feature only. There is an option to download concession form format and to my surprise there was the option to apply for railway concession too. I tried into it and viewed the application page, everything is accessible but unfortunately my certificate is expired and I am yet to get a new one of which I wasn't able to move further. Only clarification I need is what to select in place of Railway concession issuing Railway station-hospital in this combo I was able to locate almost all the railway stations in our state. Whether I should go for the station near my house or the station near the hospital which provides me my certificate.
