Subject: Poor TSM Performances

I am quite disappointed by the TSM software performance.

 Let's take :
WIN2000 client, Bi-Pro, nothing running on the machine except TSM client
WIN2000 server, Bi-Pro, nothing running on the machine except TSM Server

Client is backing up to server, using 100Mb TCP/IP = Throughput of
 5,84GB/Hour = 13,3 Mb/sec !!!

With LAN-Free, result are the same !!!

So, having machines with CPU used with less than 10%, LAN card used at
10%,
 where is the bottleneck ?
Backing up to disk or to LTO tapes does not help increasing the
performance.

 Following parameters are set :
 TCPBUFFSIZE=128
 TCPWINDOWSIZE=63
 TCPNODELAY=YES (AND TESTED WITH NO)
 LARGECOMMBUFFERS=YES (AND TESTED WITH NO)

I was hoping to reach at least 25GB/Hours via a TCP/IP 100Mb network and
50GB/Hours via LAN-Free to LAN device

Many thanks in advance for any feddback

Hi all

I have 2 tapes in the copy storage pool that I cannot get rid of.
When I try to do a move data command, it says that the tape has no data on
it.
When I try to do a delete volume command, it says that the tape still
contain data.
(What a contradiction!!!)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove these 2 tapes from the
copy

Re: Upcoming TSM server 5.1.6.1

2003-01-22 Thread TAZ
TSM'rs,

Kathy Mitton over at Tivoli, passed on this note containing essential
information:

***
Some customers are currently experiencing a problem when they use the Web
administrative client or SQL to display information about a node. This may
result in a server crash. The problem will occur whenever tcp_name and/or
tcp_address are included in a request. Examples that will result in the
problem include:
expanding the Web administrative client to display information about
a node OR
   select tcp_name,tcp_address from nodes OR
   select * from nodes

This problem is being resolved with APAR PQ69516 and will be included in
Patch 5.1.6.1. The work-around to avoid this problem is to issue the
command line q node f=d, which is available from the server console, the
administrative client, and the command line option on the Web
administrative client.

We regret the inconvenience this has caused.

Beating a dead horse but I think this FAQ answer is incorrect.
AFAIK the expiration bug was introduced in TSM 4.2.2.0 and ITSM v5.1.0.0
(almost sure for the former and not completely for the latter). I think
Gretchen Thiele was the early bird hurt by this bug. There were statements
it affects all platforms except MVS but I cannot confirm this exception.
For sure the bug does not exist in TSM server v4.2.1.15. TSM versions v3.7
v4.1 (any maintenance/patch level) do not suffer from this bug. The bug
affects both normal operation (growing DB and storage usage) and upgrade
from v4.2 to v5.1 (upgrade errors requiring special handling).

So if I can propose re-wording of the answer:
04-30. What's all this fuss about cleanup backupgroups?
If you had your server upgraded to v4.2.2.0 or v5.1.0.0 and backed up
Windows nodes, expiration of obsolete file versions within SYSTEM OBJECT
filespace was not complete. As result TSM database and storage usage were
growing enormously. Upgrade to v5.1 was also problematic.
To resolve the problem new command (cleanup backupgroups) was introduced
and due to some additional problems the command was further enhanced. This
subject was widely discussed on the list and can be found in archives
(http://search.adsm.org). Read also IBM's flash on the topic

Re: Trouble with Optical Media 4GB or larger ...FLASH

2002-11-21 Thread TAZ

*
Attention:
Customers running Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 5.1 using a TSM Server on
Windows NT or Windows 2000 and writing to optical platters that have a
capacity greater than 4Gb (4294967295 bytes) per side will not be able to
retrieve data. This includes 5.25, dual sided 9.1 GB optical media
written using HP 9100mx and Sony SMO-F561 optical drives. If you are not
using 9.1 GB optical media on Windows 2000 or NT server platform, you are
not affected by this problem.

Immediate Action Needed:

Customers should immediately stop storing data to 9.1GB optical media. To
do so, use the QUERY VOLUME command specifying the STATUS=FILLING option to
list volumes that are filling. For each 9.1GB volume listed, use the
UPDATE VOLUME command specifying the ACCESS=READONLY option. This will
allow any data currently on the media to be accessed while preventing any
further writes to the volume. For 9.1GB optical volumes that are not
assigned to a storage pool and are available for scratch selection, they
should be removed from the library using the CHECKOUT LIBVOLUME command.
This will prevent these volumes from being written to.

Depending on which type of optical media is being used, WORM or re-writable
(R/W) 9.1GB optical media, the symptoms of the problem may differ. Refer
to the appropriate section below for a description of the problem for your
particular media.

9.1GB WORM Optical Media Problem Description:

Customers running TSM 5.1 and above utilizing 9.1GB optical WORM media on
Windows operating systems will be affected by apar IC34980. TSM server
development has identified a problem in this environment when the media is
filled to or beyond 4GB's on each side. As a result, data written by TSM
beyond 4GB per side will not be readable.

When TSM writes data to 9.1GB WORM media, the following error is seen when
attempting to write past 4 GB on the first side of the platter:

ANR8302E I/O error on drive OPTDRIVE2 (opX.X.X.X)
(OP=TEST_READY, Error Number=1117, CC=415, KEY=08, ASC=92,
ASCQ=00,SENSE=F1.00.08.00.10.06.4C.0E.00.00.00.00.92.00.00.00.00.00.02.50.00
.00.,
Description=Attempted to overwrite written WORM media). Refer to Appendix
D in the 'Messages' manual for recommended action.

Following the error described above, TSM will update the volume's access to
READ-ONLY to prevent attempts to further write to the volume.

9.1GB Re-writable Optical Media Problem Description:

Customers running TSM 5.1 and above utilizing 9.1GB optical Re-writable
media on Windows operating systems will be affected by apar IC34980. TSM
server development has identified a problem in this environment when the
media is filled to or beyond 4GB's on each side. As a result, data written
by TSM beyond 4GB per side will not be readable.

When TSM writes data to 9.1GB R/W media, no errors are encountered until
the media is filled beyond 4GB's per side. Once this occurs, the position
of the next write is unchanged from it's current location. Subsequently,
any additional attempts to write data on the media beyond 4GB's occurs on
the same location of the media. TSM is unable to determine this error is
occurring and goes on until the media is filled on both sides. This
results in approximately 400M worth of data on each side (800MB total) that
may be lost.

Problem Resolution:

APAR IC34980 will enable TSM to write and read data correctly beyond 4GB's
per side without error. All 9.1GB optical media written by TSM must have
it's data moved to other media within the storage pool. Apply the ptf once
it is made available and perform the following these steps:

For each 9.1GB volume affected by this error:
Audit the volume using the AUDIT VOLUME FIX=NO command. This will mark
any unreadable files as damaged and display the name of the damaged
file. Perform a MOVE DATA command to move any undamaged files to other
media within the storage pool.
If backup copies were made from a storage pool other than the one
containing the damaged optical media, perform the RESTORE VOLUME command
to recover the damaged files.

If no backup copies were made, backup or archive the files again into
the TSM storage hierarchy via the TSM Backup/Archive client or TSM
Client API using the appropriate application. At this point, if there
are files that could not be moved, perform the DELETE VOLUME DISCARD=YES
command to remove any references to the damaged files. Re-writable media
can now be reused as scratch while WORM media should be removed from the
library and physically discarded.

The upcoming releases that contain the fix will be 5.1.5.3 and 5.1.6.
This will be available shortly.

I would like to thank Tivoli for releasing this information ASAP upon
discovery.

We used to give our customers the URL to the

alternative would be to maintain a repository

To: All Registered Tivoli Customers World Wide

Subject: It's time to move to the new Tivoli web site!

Impact: Tivoli product support will soon only be available from IBM Online
Software Support - Only 37 days to go!

It's time! We are now asking all Tivoli Web Support users to begin the
process of registration on the new IBM Online Support Site. During the
last 30 days, we have received a few emails about our planned move.
Some concerns and some good questions were asked about the steps involved
in moving to this new site. The concerns primarily have been about 'Ask
Tivoli' and the need to have a simple cross product search available on
IBM. If you have not visited our new site yet, all information is
segmented into individual product pages. Each page is really a complete
product reference for getting all available information for one product,
but they don't support searching across the solutions for several Tivoli
products.

In response to this feedback, we have updated the home page for Tivoli
support, with a new simple search bar. To give it a try, here is the
URL:
http://www.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/ As you will see,
this search bar will ask you to provide key words and select a
topic. You can select the high level topic, like 'Systems Management' or
a specific discipline within a category. This will help you do broader
searches without getting records from the whole portfolio of IBM Software
Products. This is really just a specific use of some significant new
search engine and data base indexing enhancements IBM.com deployed 3 weeks
ago. We hope you like it as this is a more accurate level of search
isolation than we provided in Tivoli's support site.

To help with the special questions for registration, we are providing
attachments from this memo you can print off. The Lotus and Microsoft
files both contain the same detail. Please review these closely.
(See attached file: Registration Instructions MS.doc)(See attached file:
Registration Instructions WP.lwp)

If you do continue to use the www.tivoli.com/support site, you will begin
to see other changes.
-We will be removing the 'Ask Tivoli' feature during the month of
October.
-We have migrated most content to IBM Online Software Support, and are
continuing to add hundreds of new items every month to the IBM site.
-The extensive reference materials for the IBM Tivoli Storage products are
all available from the IBM site with special references on the product
specific pages. The data on Tivoli.com/support for Storage products
is no longer being updated.
-The Tivoli problem submission tool will be removed by November 1st, or
shortly after. This is replaced by ESR on IBM Online Software Support.
-Final content migrations are being addressed for the older downloads data,
but new downloads are being delivered to the IBM site.
-As we near the closing of the Tivoli.com/Support site, the URL's for all
the key areas will be transferred through redirects to the IBM site.

Thank you for all the feedback provided so far. We are very interested
in your input and it continues to affect our current and future enhancement
plans for your online support options! We know you placed a lot of value
in the Tivoli.com/support site and have appreciated all the positive survey
feedback provided in the past. We know moving to a new information
layout presents some challenges, but once you've gained some familiarity,
we hope you find this a better total solution. We also have a number of
common links always available in the 'Left' and 'Right' navigation bars, so
take a few minutes to get familiar with those options as well. They will
help you shortcut your way to specific information, without needing to
retrace your steps to the home page.

As changes are delivered to both the Tivoli and IBM web site online support
locations, additional communications will be sent to you. We also want to
hear from you as you find ways to improve this site. Our Online Software
Support is not only getting a new look, but a much more significant focus
on continuing improvements and finding out how we can serve you

3. Use the above search at search.adsm.org also.

You can always narrow your search if you pull to many hits.

Good luck!

Hi fellow @#SMers

We have an NT client (3.7.0.0) that has recently stopped backing up.
Looking in the message log I can see the error as follows:-

ANS4036E - Error backups up registry key (or something like that).

Working on Solaris, my NT knowledge is almost zero. Has anyone else seen
this message? Does anyone know what I should do about it?

All help is very much appreciated.

Mike,

I have conducted testing with TSM and most the popular Antivirus Software.

Although I can't endorse a particular brand, I can say I had the most issues

 Hello,

we are using trend micro server protect on our fileservers. During backup
(4.2.2.0 NT40-Client) the cpu-usage is nearly 100% and last on one Server
17h
instead of 2h without virus protection. OK, this is clear because tsm
touches
every file, and the scanner scans it because its changed. But its a bug
not a
 feature.
This behavior is only on NT40-Servers so extrem!
I solved the problem by using the journaling service to reduce the
processing time and stopping the virusscanner during backup by pre- and
postcommand
option in the dsm.opt. But this solution doesnt work every day and during
this
time there is no virusprotection. And if the backup fails there is no
virus
protection until someone starts it manually.

Has someone made similar experiences with virus scanners ? Which
 antivirusproducts work good with tsm-baclients?

CLEANUP BACKUPGROUPS SYSTEM OBJECT

2002-10-15 Thread TAZ

TSM Community,

I was able to obtain more detailed information regarding System Object Filespace
issue and the Cleanup Backupgroups utility, compliments of Tivoli.

4.2.3 was released 10/14/2002. This official PTF level resolves issues
with expiration of file groups which are typically used for SYSTEM OBJECT
filespaces for Windows clients and also releases a fully functional utility
CLEANUP BACKUPGROUPS. Patch levels after 4.2.2.1 prior to PTF level
4.2.3.0 included interim fixes to both expiration and the CLEANUP
BACKUPGROUPS utility. PTF 4.2.3 contains the complete set of fixes
including some which were not released in the patch stream.

The CLEANUP BACKUPGROUPS utility was first introduced in 4.2.2.1 as part of IC32994
however it was not fully functional until 4.2.3 level of PTF.
CLEANUP BACKUPGROUPS will correct the TSM database by evaluating file
groups on the server and deleting any file group that is not complete. An
error in the server deletion processing for file groups was introduced in
4.2.2.0 which could result in file groups not being completely deleted
during expiration or other server deletion activities. This partial
deletion of the file group typically resulted in increased database
utilization and volumes not being reclaimed or returned to scratch as
appropriate. The error in the deletion processing as well as the CLEANUP
BACKUPGROUPS utility is available in server level 4.2.3.0

The CLEANUP BACKUPGROUPS utility should be run once on the server after applying the
appropriate server maintenance level that contains this fix.
This utility will start a background process that can be monitored with the
QUERY PROCESS command. As a background process, this utility may also be cancelled
using the CANCEL PROCESS command and restarted as needed to manage the time
necessary for this processing to complete. This utility
will report the number of file groups it evaluates and the number that were
deleted because they were not complete.

The deletion error that caused the incomplete deletion of file groups did
NOT cause the inappropriate or incorrect deletion of data. It caused data
that was supposed to be deleted to not be completely deleted from the
TSM server.

These fixes are also available in server patch 5.1.5.1 for the V5.1 server.

 Hello,

I am trying to write bare metal recovery instructions for Linux.

 Has anyone else done this?

I am trying a couple different methods

 1) Install a minimal redhat system on one partition, then create needed
partitions of system being restored, and then restoring in place (will
red
hat choke if system files are overwritten while redhat is running?)..

 2) Install minimal redhat system, create partitions, and mount on temp
mounts points (/tmp/root, /tmp/usr/, /tmp/var, etc) so as not to
interfere
with system. Update fstab/mtab/MBR and then reboot.

Anyone have any insight, experience with such things...?

Subject: web admin interface: problem with install

 ladies, gentlemen,

i just subscribed to this list, since i found no clues on the problem i am
facing - i would be very happy if anybody could provide me with some hints
as to how to troubleshoot the following:

installing the 5.1.1.0 version of the tsm server on a dell multiprocessor
computer running win2k advanced server and going through the init-process
after setup gives me a running server, which i can administrate using the
mmc-commandline and wizards included with the mmc.

i cannot, however, use the web admin interface (neither locally nor from
another machine), since the frame on the left hand of the browser window
gives me 404. i can, however, logon to the server and have a command line
in my webbrowser - also the show events option seems to work fine.

installing the same server on a win2kpro machine (with no backup device)
in
the same manner as before shows me the left frame with all the options, so
i suppose the install-file is good.

both os are german, and the version of tsm server i chose is german as
well
(hoping to thus avoid lang problems - why i would choose to install german
in the first place might be discussed elsewhere...).

if anybody could provide me with info concerning how to troubleshoot why i
get a 404 for the admin tools, and where the settings for the webserver
are
stored (paths?), i would be very happy.

 background:
after having tried to install the last version 4 tsm server on this
machine, which even refused to initialise the server, and going through a
couple of install/uninstall/registry_clean/..., i succeeded in installing
the new 5.1.1.0 only after killing the windows installation (which was
only
set up for backup, and had things like change admin account name -
security
policy here - and some shut down services) and do a plain vanilla
reinstall, so that it at least works now with my library and we can do
some
backups. i would like to avoid going through that reinstall circle again,
 if possible.

the above makes me think if there is something peculiar about the way
either dell has you install the server or our win2kadvanced installation
material, since all these problems did not arise on a test install on my
win2kpro workstation. maybe it could also be possible that deactivating
 services like
 - dhcp
 - print spool
 - licence protocol
 - remote registry service
 - smtp
 - snmp
 - phone
 - iis-admin and
 - www-publishing
might keep the admin tools from working?

thanks in advance for any input,

 kind regards from germany,

 tobi hofmann

Meensun,

The error message ANRD is a general error message by design,
however if you broaden the search to include ssrecons.c and ThreadId,
(all from you activity log), you may be successful at finding something in
the Tivoli Knowledge Base, AskTivoli.

The hits I found all invloved reclamation and had been solved mostly by
running an audit on the affected volume(s).

Initial audit could be run with the fix=no as an option.

 Dear All,

 Situation we face
I am wondering where I can get more detailed information about ANRD
error message.
Actually we have been suffering from so many problems including robot,
drive problems and so on.
Also we've got many times ANR8300E Changer Failure error msg and then
TSM just died...T_T
But funny thing is there is no tape stuck in the drive even though the
library LCD screen says for example Element 1212(drive12) is obstructed.
Last night we had the same problem again and I tried to update the drive12
onlin=no then all the other drives are working fine no more changer failure
since the last reboot.
So I think this error msg is misled by something else.
Please if you had faced similar situation before please get back to me.

 Questions
As you see the log below, I found something going wrong with space
reclamation on c3(copy pool for offsite).
As soon as I did update stg c3 recl=60 from recl=100( basically no space
reclamation), I've got the ANR999D error message.
This error msg just never stopped!!
Scared and put it back. Then I tried it again after set CONTEXTMESSAGING
on to get details.
You can see the red marked detailed information about ANR999D msg below
but simply I don't know what it means.
Can you let me know good reference or any documents?

 Thanks,

Re: Flash: TSM 5.1 Server, Client, and Backup images

2002-05-13 Thread TAZ

Problem Description:
Backup images generated by a TSM V5.1.0 client to a TSM V5.1.0 server
cannot
be restored after they have been exported, then imported.

Users Affected:
Customers running TSM V5.1.0 clients and TSM V5.1.0 servers.

Recommendation:
The problem is fixed by APAR IC33533 in the next 5.1.0 TSM server PTF.
Apply the PTF when it becomes available.

Problem Summary:
 Scenario:
 1) a customer generates a backup image using a TSM V5.1.0 client to a TSM
V5.1.0 server
 2) a server administrator performs an export which includes the backup
image as data
 3) the exported data is imported
 4) any attempt by the client to restore the imported image will fail

 Notes:
 - export, import and successful restore is available for all other
objects including images created by TSM V4 clients
 - export/import of V5.1.0 client backup images to TSM servers versioned
less than v5.1.0 is not supported
 - there is no circumvention for this problem

Conclusion:
Information required to restore a TSM V5.1.0 backup image has been
overlooked
by the TSM V5.1.0 server at export time. Since the information was not
exported, it is not available when the backup image is imported. As a
result, the backup image cannot be restored by the client.

The fix for IC33533 causes the necessary information to be exported along
with the data. Thus the information will be available when the backup
image is imported, allowing the client to restore the backup image
 successfully.

APAR IC33533 has been opened for the TSM Windows Server. It contains
sysroutes for all affected platforms and levels.

Hi y4all

I am installing TSM 4.2.1.9 on Win NT, I have a Dell PowerVault 128T
library.

My problem is that when migrating from disk to tape I get this right away,
ANR0984I Process 28 for MIGRATION started in the BACKGROUND at 23:20:49.
ANR1000I Migration process 28 started for storage pool DISKPOOL.
ANR1134W Migration terminated for storage pool DISKPOOL - insufficient

ANR0985I Process 28 for MIGRATION running in the BACKGROUND completed with
completion state FAILURE at 23:20:49.
ANR1002I Migration for storage pool DISKPOOL will be retried in 60 seconds.
ANR1003I Migration retry delay ended; checking migration status for storage
pool DISKPOOL.

However im able to label and checkin volumes without any problems

I have changed the mount limit from drives to 2 (update dev ltoclass1
libr=lb0.0.0.2 devtype=lto mountlimit=2). That changed nothing

My feeling is that im overlooking somthing in the config of the library or
drives

I also have a newer version of firmware then the one tested with TSM.

Would changing OS4s do anything, go to W2K?

Best regards

Re: PRESCHEDULECMD not mapping drives on NT 4.2.1.18 client

2002-01-06 Thread TAZ

Dylan,

Tivoli's main homepage look has changed, much as other large companies
fine-tune their sites, or, attempt to add more meaningful content.

There is not much you can do once the website has a new look...however, I
will give you a website that may actually provide you with a look back
with both Tivoli's site and probably some of your other favorite sites :

http://www.archive.org/index.html

A word to the wise, you may find that the last stored site may not be a
viable link, especially if your attempting to go 3-4 links deep into the
site. You may need to try earlier versions, like I had to do for Tivoli's
site. I had to go back to July of 2001 to be successful.

Sam.

I'm running the lastest version of TSM BA client (4.2.1.18) on NT4 Server
SP6a. The TSM CAD service is managing the TSM Central Scheduler service per
the dsm.opt file. The TSM Central Scheduler service is running under a
Domain Admin account with privileges to map these drives and the mapping
script runs fine interactively when logged on as this Domain Admin (or any
other account with priv's to these shares). Here's a partial listing of
dsm.opt:

The dsmerror.log contains the same error messages as in the dsmsched.log
file: ANS1228E and ANS1063E.

Is it possible that because the TSM CAD service is now managing the TSM
Scheduler service that the TSM CAD needs to run under a privileged account,
too? It sure looks like a permissions issue, but I want to be sure I'm not
missing something else before I have to start screwing with that. While
most of the documentation on the Tivoli site is pretty good, they do a
really lousy job addressing the myriad number of issues you can run into
with this (e.g., permissions, syntax with batch files, etc.). BTW, anyone
know

Re: Server media mount not possible

Does the backup complete after logging the ANS1312E error msg?

If so has the backup been tested by restore?

Any intermittent issues when backing up the Database?

 Hello,

Can anyone help me with this error. Receiving ANS1312E Server media
mount
not possible while running backups. The
error is intermittent, not receiving it on all backups. I am currently
running TSM 4.1.3.0 and the client is 4.1.0.0.
We are backing up straight to tape, and all drives are available and there
is plenty of scratch tapes. The Maxmountpoints
 is set to ( 2 ). My resourceutilization is set to ( 5 ). Also, there's
 nothing indicated in the activitylog.
Any information would be great =)

 Thanks,

HSM is a viable option.

Tivoli only has the 2 HSM clients Sun and AIX.

Subject: backup/recovery

Hi,

I have some doubt about how to improve the recovery time of a fileserver. I
mean a fileserver with 300GB I spend 4 hour to backup. But to recover it
from scratch takes about 24 hours. I was thinking in use backupsets, but in
my opinion I just transfering the problem from client to server. So I would
spend 24 hours to generate a backupset to this node.
The reasons for the recovery is so slow compared to backup I understand that
the first reason is because I always do incremental backup, the second it4s
because I use multithreading on client and when I do the recovery is always
one session. The other reason is the fragmentation of the files on the tape,
even using colocation=yes.
I4ve already created a mgmtclass to make the backup of directories on a disk
stgpool.
Anyone have any sugestion on how to increase the speed of restore?

Anderson

Paul,

Thanks for sharing your testing.

I will look into this issue further, and promise to share my findings as
well. Expect something in the next 10 days from me.

Cordially,

Salvatore.

Hello Sal,

well I looked into this a bit and it seems to be not the case:

select node_name, client_version, client_release, client_level,
client_sublevel from nodes where node_name in (select entity from summary
where schedule_name is null and activity='BACKUP')

Shows a full range of clients from 3.1.0.3 to 4.2.1.16, as does the same
query with is not null.

So it isn't the case.

Paul,

I have noticed the exact same issue, and, I am wondering if you have had an
opportunity to test your theory. If you can't test it let me know, because I
have the capabilities to do so.

Subject: schedule_name field in the summary table

Hello,

I have noticed that the schedule_name field in the summary table does not
always have an entry in it. I think I've narrowed this down to the fact that
3.1 clients fill this in and 3.7 and 4.1 clients leave it blank. This would
seem to be caused by the RESOURceutilization parameter causing sub-sessions
to update the summary table without a schedule_name, while the main thread,
which no longer transmits the backup data, doesn't update the table.
Is this correct? If so it would seem that the schedule_name field is no
longer relevant unless RESOURceutilization is 1.

I also have some NT clients who make two entries in the summary table for
one backup. This is caused by the fact that a session is started for c$,
this just saves a few files, then it carries on searching through the e$
partition this goes on for over half an hour before it finds any data to
send to the server and so the original session gets an idle timeout. As soon
as data is found that has changed a new session is started and a new entry
in the summary table is created upon it's completion. The first record in
the summary table has successful=no and the second successful=yes. This is
not really desirable behaviour. It is however documented in the client book
under the resourceutilization parameter:
The client could produce multiple accounting records.
Just thought I'd share my observations on this as it messes up our
statistics gathering and may affect yours.
