Developer Token Works, Production Token can't connect

2015-12-04 Thread Joshua Bartley
For my application we have two developer tokens(or applications), one for
development, and one approved for production use. On the development server
we can connect and reconnect to our test mcc accounts perfectly. Switch out
the CLIENT_ID, CLIENT_SECRET, DEVELOPER_TOKEN causes the code to break. The
current error is "USER_PERMISSION_DENIED". The accounts are linked, because
I see it in my accounts application access and if I attempt a reconnect, I
only receive an access token, no refresh_token like when I disconnect and
connect the first time and receive an refresh_token. We are using the PHP
client library for access.

I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue or if anything sounded
familiar enough to help guide me on where to look or how to troubleshoot
this more.

Thanks,
-Josh

Hey Senthil,

The reason those campaigns are not being returned is because they are video
campaigns. Video campaigns are currently not supported through the AdWords
API services. If you want to get the stats of those campaigns, you can run
either the Campaign Performance Report

 or Video Performance Report

.

Re: Network

2015-12-04 Thread Anthony Madrigal
Hi,

In AdWords API, campaigns that are have both search and display networks
are shown as Search

 networks.
In order to determine if it's a search campaign or a search *and *display
campaign, you will need to select the NetworkSetting

 of
a campaign. Campaigns that have both network settings will have the
*targetSearchNetwork
*and* targetContentNetwork* set to *TRUE.*

Recover the total impressions of all keywords

2015-12-04 Thread etienne . veilleux
Hi,

Is it possible to recover the total impressions of all keywords and also
the total number of all QualityScore from all campaign inside an account.

I can already do it with a "For Each" by creating a loop through the
results but I was wondering if it was possible to return the result via the
reports directly.

Here is my current formula:

$dateRange = "LAST_14_DAYS";

$reportQuery = '
SELECT QualityScore, Impressions
FROM CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
Status WHERE IN [ENABLED, PAUSED]
AND Impressions> 1
Pendant '. $dateRange;

Thank you, your help is appreciated.

Re: Unable to get the account Labels using account label service

2015-12-04 Thread rc1375
Hi Nadine,

Thanks for quick reply.

ManagedCustomerService->get() worked perfectly as per my requirement.

Thank you so much for the help!

generating XML using the new BatchJobService system in PHP

2015-12-04 Thread Bill
The documentation for the new BatchJobService system states (here, to be
exact
)

that each client library will have some facility for generating XML files
in the required format
.

But I can find no such facility in the PHP library (composer package:
googleads/googleads-php-lib ).
There simply isn't a class called BatchJobHelper, as there is in the
examples (which are written in Java).

All the PHP code examples

still use MutateJobService, even though the documentation insists that
MutateJobService is about to be deprecated.

Am I missing something here?

Network

2015-12-04 Thread etienne . veilleux
Hi,

I try to find a way to filter results to only have the campaigns that
appear on both the search network and the network display at the same time.

I tried several things but I can not find how to specify this.

Do you know how to do that?

The current formula displays the campaign that are on both networks but
separately, I need to have a single result for campaigns that are on both
networks at the same time.

Thanks for your help.

This is what I have for now:

// Date range
$dateRange = sprintf('%d,%d', date('Ymd', strtotime('-90 day')), date('Ymd',
strtotime('-1 day')));

// Select
$reportQuery = 'SELECT CampaignName, CampaignId, AdNetworkType1 FROM
CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT WHERE AdNetworkType1 IN [SEARCH,CONTENT] DURING

Any way to get AGE_RANGE, GEO and GENDER performance report at campaign level?

2015-12-04 Thread Sny

Folks,

I am trying to get AGE_RANGE/GEO/GENDER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT using the api
for a campaign, but it always returns based on adgroups.
Let say, if my campaign has 5 adgroups, then a gender_performance_report
for the campaign, returns adgroups specific statistics for genders
involved, rather than campaign level.
Right now I have to add all the adgroups stats (group by gender) for a
camapaign.

Are these apis are meant to be like this (at adgroup level always) or am I
missing something?

Re: Unable to get the account Labels using account label service

2015-12-04 Thread Nadine Sundquist (AdWords API Team)
Hi Kamran,

Thanks for clarifying! The service you'll want to use is
ManagedCustomerService->get()

 at
the manager account level of your hierarchy. In your Selector
,

you'll want to choose:

   - CustomerId
   - AccountLabels

That will give you a mapping of each account with its associated account
labels.

Best,
Nadine, AdWords API Team

Re: PerCost metrics disappeared with the v201509 Adwords API release

2015-12-04 Thread Bastien Rabaute
Hi Umesh,

Thanks for the reply, but I already knew that, as it is what is written in
the release note.

But the problem is that in the new AllConversions columns, there is no
columns corresponding to the old EstimatedTotalConversionValuePerCost.

MAybe I am wrong, but I do not see any column which can replace this one.
So how can we still retrieve this metric ?

Is it still possible or do we have to calculate it ?

Thanks

Bastien

Can Adwords Api Query Customer Acquisition Costs

2015-12-04 Thread Callum Mckeefery
Im trying to see if there is away to find out how much each visitor cost me
in real time. I.e right now i have 3 visitors on my site. I want to see
which one cost me the most to acquire so I can target them with a special
promotion of live chat. Is this possible using the Adwords Api.

CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

2015-12-04 Thread Shyam Menon

 Hi Everyone,

I am using campaign performance report for last week using google adword
api. I am using below query.

'SELECT ExternalCustomerId,AccountDescriptiveName, CampaignId,CampaignName,
Cost, Impressions,
Clicks,AllConversionValue,Conversions,Week,Year
FROM CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT WHERE CampaignStatus =
ENABLED DURING LAST_WEEK'

I have an assumption that the report generated from above query for last
week(nov 23,2015 - nov 29,2015) will be constant .

However i am getting different data for Conversions and AllConversionValue
each time when i ran report multiple times in a day during current week

Does this report having this kind of updated values for Conversions and
AllConversionValue
on each new request for last week is normal behavior?

*Note: I am using Google Ads APIs Client Library for PHP
. and ADWORDS_VERSION is
'v201509'.*

Thanks & Regards,
Shyam Menon

Re: Unable to get the account Labels using account label service

2015-12-04 Thread rc1375
Hi Nadine,

Thank you for the quick update now I understand how to get the labels on
account level.
Please see below for the request ID i used to get the labels.
00052611ba919d700ac246870d033586

But sorry I think I was not very clear earlier, actually I want to get
Labels associated with particular account, e.g. i have many accounts in and
i want to know through API, which labels are associated with each account.

Can you please let me know which API request should I be using to get this
data?

Regards,

Kamran
