Re: Adwords API : GetCampaign.php > Number of results found: 0

2018-10-09 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Boris,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm from the AdWords API team and I'll provide
support for your concern.

Could you clarify if the campaign type under the
clientCustomerID 368-235-5970 is True View for reach? I asked this because
upon checking, there is 1 campaign in your client test account which is a
video campaign. To clarify, campaigns of the type True View for Reach isn't
supported in the AdWords API as of the moment.

Hi Robert,

Currently, Go isn't supported as an official client library for AdWords
API. You can use other client libraries

 such
as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, Perl and Ruby.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Is there a Go library for AdWords?

2018-10-09 Thread Robert Myhill
Hi there,

Is there a Google-approved Go library for the AdWords API?

All the AdWords documentation and videos I have found mention Python, C#,
etc libraries, but no Go library. But maybe I am missing something.

I found a Go library for AdWords in the emiddleton/gads repository, and
lots of forks underneath. Are those libraries that people are generally
using?

Best,
Robert

Yes, you are correct, Search Query Performance

zero clicks. This said, could you provide your clientCustomerId and the
complete report definition

Hi Wilfried,

Based on the BID_

TOO_SMALL

 error
that you've encountered, your bid amount is too small and should at least
be 1 (represented as 100 in the API) based on your AdWords account
currency. Can you try the request again on your end after updating the bid?
Let me know how it goes.

search_query_performance_report is only returning Search terms with 1 or more clicks

2018-10-09 Thread Nellle Rickchards
Hello,
I'm using the search_query_performance_report to find additional keywords
for our account. I'm running into an issue as my query is only returning
search terms with atleast one click.

Ideally, it should return search terms with one ore more impressions (even

Here is my code:

report_query = {
'reportName': 'All Time days SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT',
'dateRangeType': 'ALL_TIME',
'reportType': 'SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT',

'operator': 'IN',
'values': 'NONE',
},
{
'field': 'Impressions',
'operator': 'GREATER_THAN',
'values': impressions_threshold,
}

Re: QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED on test account. Why?

2018-10-09 Thread Austin Kregel
So after a few hours of tinkering I have been able to narrow this issue
down to just affecting the accounts I create since this issue was created.
Something in the way the UI creates the accounts is breaking. After a 3
hour consultation with my co-workers we realized the accounts that _worked_
and didn't have any issues were marked as removed and had a red X next
their names.

Accounts that are marked as removed will work just fine for me; however,
any account that's marked as active (or that has a green dot) will not work
and WILL return the error described by pretty much everyone here.

If I create an account via the API, the account will be marked as removed,
but it will work without giving the error described above.

I hope this helps!

Re: Dynamic Search Ads update Final URL Suffix

2018-10-09 Thread 'Sreelakshmi Sasidharan (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello Yuechen,

Using the AdWords API, you will be able to set the finalUrlSuffix

 of
the BiddableAdGroupCriterion
.

We don't have a code sample for this but you could check the
AddDemographicTargetingCriteria

 in
Java for adding an ad group criterion. Code samples in other languages can
be found here
. AdWords
API does not have a service which will read the inputs from the google
spreadsheet. You could post this question on the Google Ads Scripts forum
 as this may be
possible via the Google Ads Scripts.

Thanks,
Sreelakshmi, AdWords API Team

I set the xsi_type of bid to Money as explain in different forum thread or
documentation. But got still an error in my answer.
Do you have an idea why ?

Re: can't get reach ad group

2018-10-09 Thread 'Teja Makani' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello Raneen,

Since we took the conversation privately, I have sent a reply to your email
address "raneen..com" on Oct 4th. You can find the campaign ids and
screenshot on the email sent earlier on Oct 4th. Below is the summary of my
response

I am able to verify the API Campaign Performance Report with the UI. There
are 261 campaigns(in ENABLED and PAUSED status) in your account and API is
returning 258 campaigns only, the rest three are experimental campaign
having CampaignSubType as "Reach". AdWords API wont support the
experimental campaigns and hence you are not seeing them in the reports.

Sai Teja, AdWords API Team.

Hello Jofin,

Unfortunately, Video campaigns are not supported by the AdWords API, hence
the customerSyncService.get

 can't
return the changes made to the video campaigns and its AdGroups. In our
testing video campaign Id itself did not came up in the result. Could you
share your entire SOAP logs(request and response) without redacting any
information to investigate further on this issue. You could use 'Reply

could enable logging by following the instructions shown in the README.md

getting "isEligibleForDisplay" as false.How that "isEligibleForDisplay"
turns into true?.It takes different times for different user lists.That
time depends on which factor.Can somebody clarify this confusion.

Re: Is there a way to get Mobile Application details from their id

2018-10-09 Thread Jofin Kuriakose
Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reply.

In my case, my campaign is of video type, so I will not be able to get
MobileApplication object through AdGroupCriterionService. So I am
using Criteria Performance report to get mobile apps linked with it and
able to get Mobile app id, name. But the app URL is not available (play
store URL) through Criteria Performance report.

PHP Adwords API returning wrong (?) AdGroupId

2018-10-09 Thread Mike Hagendoorn
Hi,

I'm trying to create ads using the PHP API. The problem I'm having is the
following:

I'm using this example code found on GitHub

 to
retrieve my AdGroups. This seems to work fine and returns the 2 AdGroups I
have, (I omitted the last 3 chars of the IDs):

Ad group with ID -1627709*** and name 'AdGroup 2018-10-08 09:59:11' was found.
> Ad group with ID -1780708*** and name 'AdGroup 2018-10-09 08:56:30' was found.
> Number of results found: 2
>
>
 However, when I try to create a ad with one of the ID's mentioned above using
this example found on GitHub
,
 the
code always crashes with this error:

*Fatal error*: Uncaught Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201809\cm\ApiException:
> [EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID @ operations[0].operand.adGroupId;
> trigger:'TempAdGroupId: 1780708912'] in

After some tinkering around, I found that when you open your AdWords
dashboard and navigate to your AdGroups the following is found in the URL:

&adGroupId=66938767***

When I add that ID to my code instead of the one that is returned by the
GetAdGroups method, the ad is generated just fine.

I'm at a loss here; am I doing something wrong or is the example wrong?

Customer Sync Service is not giving newly added ad-group data

2018-10-09 Thread Jofin Kuriakose
Hi,

I wanted to get recent updates happened in video campaign/ad-groups. I am

I created one campaign and ad-group for the campaign, when I am running
CustomerSyncService get method, I am getting response as follows,

{
"changedCampaigns": [
{
"campaignId": "158884",
"campaignChangeStatus": "NEW"
}
],
"lastChangeTimestamp": "20181007 135437 Asia/Calcutta"

I am not getting added ad-groups. I am expecting one more key
"changedAdGroups" where the corresponding ad-group should come saying
that "adGroupChangeStatus": "NEW"

Re: Is there a way to get Mobile Application details from their id

2018-10-09 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Jofin,

I'm afraid that this is not supported via the AdWords API. Although it is
possible to target an application using their AppIds
,

fetching the information of the said application other than the one's
included in the MobileApplication

 object
is not possible.

Let me know if the MobileApplication object was indeed what you were
looking for.

Re: Customer Managed Accounts Selector response Unexpected error

2018-10-09 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Toms,

The UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

 you
encountered during your first attempt may mean the AdWords API server had
problems processing your request or it could also be due to a bug. It is
advised to wait for a few minutes before doing the service call again.
Could you confirm if you are encountering this consistently?

If yes, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs that
were generated when the error was encountered via *Reply privately to

Is it possible to get search query in click performance report?

2018-10-09 Thread Yosi Kalmanson
I'm trying to find search queries (what the user actually searched for)
that are not resulting in any conversion. Is it possible to get search
query in click performance report? is there any other way that I can get
the search query per click? maybe add something to the tracking template?
