The placeholder type, LOCATION, is for location extension feeds, and as such 
can there can only be one per account. This is discussed in the location 
extensions guide.

Thanks for posting your concern to us.

It appears that you’ve received the error "MUTATE_NOT_ALLOWED" while mutating 
your video campaigns. Kindly note that the video campaigns and their ads are 
not mutable via the API as described here. You will need to find an alternative 
to placing these ads such as manually placing them through the UI.

Kindly note that there is an existing feature request for mutating video 
campaigns in Google Ads API. Kindly note that we won't be able provide a 
timeline or any guarantees that the feature will be implemented in the Google 
Ads API.  With this, I would suggest keeping an eye on this blog as we will 
post any relevant updates when they become supported.

Since you've clarified that the filter is not available in the UI, then I am

1.   I get *"locations"* of a campaign using *"campaign_criterion view"*, 
is there any other view that can return Ads account level locations? If yes 
what’s the name of that Google Ads view that we can use to get Google Ads 
account level locations using Google Ads API ?

2.   I get *"received phone calls"* using Google Ads view *“call_view”*, 
the same phone calls would be considered for a Google Ads account ?

If No, what’s the name of Google Ads view that I should use to get Google 
Ads account level "received calls" using Google Ads API ?

API Not Including PMax Campaign Data

As I will be OOO next week, would it be possible to add in Ben Kruger 
(ldap: benkruger) to this conversation?

My client Fluent (CID - 196-078-6699) receives a daily report (data from 
API), but they noticed that data from their Performance Max campaigns were 
not being included in the API. They have confirmed that the API is not set 
up to filter or exclude any data, so are at a loss to why Performance Max 
campaigns are not included. Would you be able to advise?

Thank you for providing further details to your concern. I work with Matt and 
let me provide support to your concern.

For the concern that you explained, I would suggest to no longer monitor the 
link between feed-based extension historical data to migrated asset-based 
extension as these well be different entities and statistics of the feed based 
extension should stay with the feed based extensions, while the asset based 
ones will generate their own statistics moving forward. Also, historical feeds 
reports will eventually be deprecated and no longer available to be retrieved 
as discussed here.


Moving on to your follow up concern, and as discussed in this section for 
manual migration, you can retrieve the attributes of those feed based 
extensions and then apply those when creating your asset extensions, and 
manually include previous IDs (ex. setName("Migrated from feed item " + 
extensionFeedItem.getId())) as in the example, if you still wish to map your 
feed based to asset based extensions.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Based on your subject, you're using the Google AdWords Billing Setup list api 
and Invoices API; however, those mentioned API's are only available via the 
Google Ads API. Could you confirm if you're indeed using the Google Ads API? If 
yes, then please note that fetching billing setup and invoice list using a Test 
Manager account isn't possible. Those are only available on an actual 
production account and not on a Test Account.

Also, when fetching campaign list, ad list and all ad spends on a particular 
google ad account, you can use these available views (campaign and ad_group_ad).

As an aside, if you want to get the served cost at the account level, then you 
can use the customer view and include the metrics.cost_micros field.

I get logs only when the API request get me a response.

Probably I get an empty response, because the campaign uses a shared budget 
(?)

provide more insight on said concern

The OAuth2 client ID and client secret map your client app to a project in the 
Google API Console and are used for OAuth2 authentication—allowing your app to 
operate on behalf of your account. They identify your app to Google and allow 
you to generate OAuth tokens for managing Google Ads users. Please find the 
details on how to create a client ID and client secret here.

Kindly note that before your app can access private data using the API, it must 
obtain an OAuth2 access token that grants access to the API.

If you're using the client libraries, the OAuth2 access token is automatically 
taken care of for you. Otherwise, check out the API call example in the OAuth2 
guide for details on how to generate an access token.

OAuth2 access tokens expire after a limited time. For this reason, the client 
libraries use the OAuth2 refresh token to automatically regenerate the OAuth2 
access token. OAuth2 access and refresh tokens have instructions for creating 
the refresh token.

With regards to your clarification “Also to clarify, I've seen that some apps 
won't have this prompt - they access is assumed and user can't even untick 
it.”, I would suggest you to reach out to Google API console regarding this 
since they’re appropriate for this inquiry.
