Offline Conversion Data Not Avilable

When I upload offline conversion via api I get the following success 
message:

*Uploaded click conversion that occurred at '2022-09-09 13:55:00+10:00' 
from Google Click ID 'Cj0KCQjwpeaYBhDXARIsAEzItbFWvAZfOtfa_ to 
'customers/777821/conversionActions/99874'.*

And when I try to upload same conversion with same GCLIDand Timestamp I get 
following message:

*Partial failures occurred: 'A conversion with this timestamp already 
exists for this click. To upload another conversion, use a different 
timestamp., at conversions[0]'.*

It means my conversion is definitely recorded. 

But when I go to Tools and Settings -> Measurement -> Conversions 
 
I see *no recent conversions *for that conversion action. 

What am I doing wrong here?

GAQL calls all giving INTERNAL_ERROR

Starting around 4pm Eastern time, we started having all of our GAQL calls 
fail with an INTERNAL_ERROR.  I don't know of any changes on our end that 
might be relevant.  Is there a known issue with GAQL?

You may refer to this sample code for setting bids. You can also set a bid 
adjustment which will be used when the criterion is not in an absolute bidding 
dimension. It can be accessed using the bid_modifier field of the ad group 
criterion. You may check this documentation for more details.

Hello - trying to get the logs led me down a rabbit hole, which I'm still 
heading down. We use rest transport, which doesn't support logging. So I 
either need to install and convert my code to use gRPC or figure out 
another way to get you the logs.

customer_client.status

customer_client.status is returning 2 ("ENABLED") for a suspended account. 
I'm expecting it to return 4 ("SUSPENDED").

My query,

customer_client.resource_name,
customer_client.client_customer,
customer_client.hidden,
customer_client.level,

customer_client.test_account,
customer_client.manager,
customer_client.descriptive_name,
customer_client.currency_code,
customer_client.id,
customer_client.status,

Even specifies to only return data that's ENABLED. So really I expect to 
get nothing back from this query. When I remove "and 
customer_client.status='ENABLED'" from the query, there is no change.

How can I get back the correct customer_client.status ?

How I can update campaign data after published campaigns?

Hello team,

I have checked documentation but didn't find any info to update campaign & 
ad data for published campaigns. The scenario is like this - The user 
submitted a campaign but later on his mind changed & he wanted to update 
particular info from campaigns such as location or budget start end date, 
etc... 

Please let me know if there is any Google ad API in PHP to update campaign 
data & responsive search ads & Display ad data using API.

Since you migrate to Google Ads API we suggest you use the new 
MutateBatchJobResponse.Result.ResourceName. In addition the 
batch_job.resource_name has batch job resource names and have the forms of 
customers/{customer_id}/batchJobs/{batch_job_id} Also, you may visit this link 
to get other properties like batch_job.id. I hope this helps.

AdMob serving restrictions - why is it happening ?

AdMob account restrictions for 3+ weeks

Our AdMob account has had serving restrictions since the 14th of August.

At the same time we have been working on two cool titles for over six 
months and our Google Ads account is ready to start UA as well. 

Can anyone advise why it happened and how we can lift the restrictions ?

GoogleAdsService.Search failed New Experience Reports Error

Hi there,

I’m unexpectedly getting the below error on a couple of scheduled reports 
(using the new experience) since this week only (reports were working fine 
last week).

Exception: Call to GoogleAdsService.Search failed: The request took too 
long to respond

Below is the new experience reporting query, where  “dateRangeAPI” is a 
variable replaced with preset date ranges like “LAST_7_DAYS” ….

Could you please check & advise as soon as possible as it’s an essential 
weekly report I need access to?

MutateBatchJobResponse no longer has ResourceNameAsBatchJobName property

MutateBatchJobResponse no longer has ResourceNameAsBatchJobName property. 
Can I find this property somewhere else or should I switch the query to 
search by ResourceName? Differences provided below

Feature request: Google Ads API invoice for automatic payments

Hi, I'm simply trying to automatically get PDFs of Google Ads invoices for 
accounting purposes. Since this is not sent per email, I manually download 
them from the Google Ads UI. To automate this process I looked into Google 
Ads API, but found that customers.invoices.list can only be reached for 
those with "Monthly invoicing", and my ad spend is way too low to get 
approved for that. 

Recently my Google Ads invoicing has changed into following a monthly 
cycle, so I thought it now would work, but the API response with an error 
still saying that it is only available for accounts with monthly invoicing. 

I would love if you could open up the API to be able for fetching invoices 
for all, or add a feature to get PDFs per email on a regular basis. 

Let me know if someone can pass this on, or have a workaround.
