I'm maybe just going to get some Reynolds wrap around the existing meter,
if they cut it send a 32k dollar invoice for cutting it?

I would go attempt to hang it back on the meter. Perhaps make a new wire for
it if it is the wire snap in type.

I bought this house something like 6 years ago, since the day I moved in the
tamper tag has been laying on top of the meter. I don't think my meter has ever
been read. Ill probably get in trouble when they show up for the tamper tag
being broken. If I let them do it, I think I'm going to fill the box with
rancid hit from the chicken

for this awesome new service that trashes the spectrum. Also for that $3/mo,

I've never heard of anyone being prosecuted. Then again, most of the
smart meters out here don't work because they are too far apart from
each other to create a mesh.

We have had a Mexican stand off of sorts with PG&E (Pacific Gas &
Electric) for at least 4 years. When they send a tech out to install it,
I ask if they have figured out how to lock out specific frequencies to
avoid interference. The tech replies he doesn't know, and I request that
they have someone get back to me with their plan. To date, they have
never followed up.
