Because the user himself forced the system to shutdown. The only solution I can provide currently: we dont hide our documents on saving as it is currently implemented. So you will see the save progress for every document, which is realy saved on such session logout. Sorry, but there are reasons [1] why multiple problems per issue are difficult to handle. At least the Writer/Web part is completely different from this one here (and much less severe, IMO).
