That said on opening the file I get a macro security alert dialog and I need to click OK button to be able to open the file. That's the same unexpected behaviour as in the first test. My test.pdf, will start .exe program after click on image link for .exe on my PCs with AR8. That is the same expected behaviour as in the first test. That proves that nothing is wrong with hyperlinks in ClickHereSample4b.pdf. If the user edits the formula and presses Enter in the array formula context, then there may be a useful question: Do you want to a) modify the array range, or b) replace the array range with a single array formula c) replace the array range with a single non-array formula Currently, if you just press Enter, you get the You cannot change only part of an array error and you _lose your edits_ entirely. The a) choice should be the default--it's the case where the user simply forgot to press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. The b) and c) options are probably much less common, but useful, and very inconvenient at present. You have to: 1) select the array range 2) edit the formula (F2) 3) select the formula text 4) copy the formula text to the clipboard 5) leave edit mode (Escape) 6) clear the array range 7) edit the cell 8) paste the formula text 9) press Ctrl+Shift+Enter (for b), or Enter (for c) I run into b/c when working out formulas that use array ranges but return a single result. I start with the simple array formula where I need to see the entire range, then add a function that processes the array range to get one value. It relates to currency symbols and a button not working properly. There is a difference between 'accounting' and professional accountancy practice used by various professionals. Currency numbers are not accountancy numbers. The currency symbol is typed a column or row and the number formatting of the data is as above without currency symbols and negative numbers in brackets and 0s as -. For those who don't know how to create their own formatting, the software would be unusable. Another point is single and double underline. For accountancy purposes the underlines have to cover the whole cell not just the text within the cell. Formatting borders function is not appropriate to use for this purpose as these symbols are typed on a regular basis. There should be a drop down box with standard accountancy underline combinations - single top and double bottom, single top and single bottom, single top, single bottom, double bottom, thick bottom. Excel recognises that this is vital ( but they don't recognise accountancy number format) The borders function is used for special formatting only not to create standard underline formats. Accountants and bookkeepers are frustrated with this. Select a slide design : Presentation Backgrounds Original. Click on Next button . 3. Click on Create button. Insert(menu) Movie and Sound. I selected a .mp3 file and clicked on Open. File Save as .ppt Click on 'Keep Current Format' button in the popup. Click on the Play button. The video plays in the file saved in .ppt format. Close OOo-dev and open the .ppt file. I opened in Powerpoint 2007 and the slide is blank. Additional Notes: - On opening a .ppt file and .pptx file with sound files in OOo-dev, the speaker icon is displayed. On selecting the icon, Bitmap with transparency 'FileName.mp3' selected is displayed. When I was unable to reproduce the condition I tested these conditions: 1) Multiple linked images on the slide with one linked master image 2) Linked and non-linked images on the slide with one linked master image 3) Multiple linked images on the master with one linked image on the slide 4) Linked and non-linked images on the master with one linked image on the slide All of the images that I put into either the master or the slide were displayed as I placed them in draw or impress. I used .jpg files to test the exporting, perhaps there is a specific image format that causes this that I did not check.
