"Tabloid" paper size does not print as 11x17 and does not transfer when saved in MS Office format. I can understand not worrying about it transfering to MS Office but right now it's the only way I have to print a spreadsheet to 11x17 Landscape. Since OpenOffice will not print as 11x17 I am having to save the file as .xls and tell my Excel viewer to print 11x17 instead. (Which requires me to setup the pages again since Tabloid is not being recognized by Excel as 11x17 either.) Calling it "Tabloid" in the printing/page properties is fine. However the program updates the spreadsheet (noticeable only by the eventual change of values in the spreadsheet). The question box "This file contains links to other files, should they be updated, Yes/NO?" does not disappear and it is not possible to save. When pressing yes again (which still does respond), nothing happens. Pressing yes again the box may disappear and the save button becomes available to save (colour changes from gray to blue). On one occasion the program crashed while doing this. Pressing no on the question box (after you pressed yes and the update took place as described above) fortunately makes the box disappear and the save button turns blue for saving. Like that it is possible to work, but not acceptable. (ΤΕΧ Gyre has no problem, but I have literally hundreds of existing formulae in documents that are in-play, and there is no mechanism for globally changing the font settings of these.) As noted, at least one other person on the standard RHEL 6 mailing list reports the same problem.
