Hi; sorry if this is off-topic, but I found a couple of strange requests in one of my logfiles. It looks like a browser changing its own ID according to the file requested. [analog-help] what am I doing wrong with REGEXP?
Hi; for the (very) little I know about REGEXP, the following line HOSTALIAS REGEXP:^216\.[0-5]\.*\.* digex.net should be able to catch all the IP in the range 216.0.0.0 - 216.5.255.255 and nothing else. But I'm probably doing something wrong, since Analog with that HOSTALIAS also catches IPs like 216.32.175.26 and 216.35.103.61. To rule out any possible interference by other HOSTALIAS I run some tests with a fake log using the following IPs 216.0.1.81 216.15.93.81 216.25.108.81 216.35.103.81 216.45.116.87 216.5.10.81 216.55.16.87 216.65.3.80 216.75.203.81 216.85.203.81 216.95.203.81 216.105.203.81 and a very basic .cfg file which included HOSTALIAS REGEXP:^216\.0\.*\.* dot.com HOSTALIAS REGEXP:^216\.1\.*\.* me.net HOSTALIAS REGEXP:^216\.[2-5]\.*\.* foo.org and this is what I got: #pag.: %pag.: host -: --: 5: 41,67%: foo.org 2: 16,67%: me.net 1: 8,33%: 216.95.203.81 1: 8,33%: 216.85.203.81 1: 8,33%: 216.75.203.81 1: 8,33%: 216.65.3.80 1: 8,33%: dot.com Something is not working here. [analog-help] refalias and ignored searchwords
Hello; I'm trying to understand why if I use REFALIAS http://*arianna.iol.it*/* http://arianna.iol.it/$2 to reunite these 55: 8,87%:55: http://search-arianna.iol.it/ 30: 4,84%:30: http://ms-arianna.iol.it/ 8: 1,29%: 8: http://search-arianna.iol.it:8080/ I get 93: 15,00%:93: http://arianna.iol.it/ as expected, but also - as an unwanted side effect - the searchword list gets cut very short, to less then half. Is there a way to get both a single referring site and a long searchword list? What am I doing wrong? ciao Massimo This is the analog-help mailing list. [analog-help] catching Virgilio's entries
Hello; I'm trying to get Virgilio's (an Italian search engine and directory) referring URLs listed in the Referrer Report with Analog 4.03. Given a refferrer string like "http://search4.virgilio.it/search/cgi/search.cgi?db=v&ly=vs&vrs=0&qs= lavoro+offerte&op=and" I tried several combinations, as in SEARCHENGINE http://*.virgilio.it/*/*/* qs but with no luck. REFFLOOR is set to 0r and other search engines with only one request (I grepped out 40 something for Virgilio) are listed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance ciao Massimo This is the analog-help mailing list. To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" in the main BODY OF THE MESSAGE. I recently noticed that IE3 on Win95, when asking for a long PDF file, generates one request for each page in the document, with a "206 / partial content" code from the second one on. Having some big documents online, PDF statistics aren't too reliable with all those 206 counted thanks Massimo This is the analog-help mailing list.
