what is the meaning of a Complete composer ? is it somthing like a combination of composer and conductor ? in tht case even the Great Yanni can not be called a complete composer. or if it meant, the ability to compose aesthetic music which stands out and go beyond the barriers of Music Gender, ethnicity, race, nation, language, then yes, He has proved that he is a complete composer and for that one does not need an experience certificate in composing complete symphony. Comon dude...I think eventhough Aaraikodi song has not been pictuaried well...i think Sj Surya tried his best..if it wud have been anyother smart and good looking actor..everyone would have gone gaga over the pictuarisation..We all know wat type of song is Aaraikodi..u cannot take this in studio with all the models dancing around the hero...These type of songs are very difficult to pictuarize..he had done his best..but wud have been great if any other hero wud have been there and i am sure no one would have complained.. Can you tell us what the extra features in the DVD are? Does it have the unreleased sequences? The cover looks different from the international release which had the inclusion of unreleased scenes prominently printed on the inlay card. BTW, Planet M proclaims that the DVD is exclusively available only in its stores for the first three days of release. One need not shout unnecessarily on one's comments. I can understand that most of the members of this group are emotionally attached not only to ARR music but also to ARR himself. I think u got my point. In a similar case, while watching the movie "Chaudhavi ka Chand", i felt as if some of the tabla beats used as a BGM in the movie were being reused by ARR in one of his songs. But when i listened carefully, i understood that it was not exactly the same. Actually we are s used to listening to ARR songs that we have such doubts while listening to others' music. Since i posted this in the group, do u think that i am not a ARR fan? The sole reason we are a part of this grp is... we all are ARR fans. If someone tries to question his originality, it doesnt mean he is no more a fan of ARR. (even ilayaraja) then electronic music.. initially rahman used this for composing the song entirely in his own manner. all music directors can't work with all instruments, but if that MD wants to work give some music with an instrument then it's easy with work in keyboard which contains all music instruments' music. i agree that a keyboard can't give 100% music of that instument (nearly 50 to 70% only can b given). but after a few films, rahman himself works with the real instruments instead of using keyboard music. even ilayaraja himself didn't give 100% music without keyboard after the intro of keyboards (from 'punnagai mannan film). bcos all r in a situation for work'g with the electronic improvisations.. c in the situation of using the same instruments, rahman introduced a new sounds in his music, which is the trend-set'g knowledge. if he thinks like u then it won't b introduced v hv to struck with the old music style only. apart from indian music, he only introduced the world music with his electronic instruments to indians, so all is music. v can't predict that this is the music by giving limits r measurements for any composer. thats y 'the criticisers may not b the creators, is work'g in all work departments. finally ur comments r nice, but the thing is as per every one's view, there is no one is a complete composer! bcos apart from the nature of music (sounds), every MD mixes his creativity. so music is from every MD is (music + MD's creativity) not the complete MUSIC. then welcome frnd for this rahman's group. bye from kulo Explore, Experience, Enjoy A.R.Rahman - The Man, The Music, The Magic. Thanks dude for your comments...the fact is i was getting irritated by the people talking rubbish about Sj Surya,insted of thanking him.He is the one of the guys who brings back our BOSS to Tamil Music IndustryRemeber the Audio Function of Aa Aaha...watching that suntv and seeing big people like shankar and other guys speaking in the function about our rahman is a treat to ear and eyes for any fan,it was such an wonderfull show.Arranging such an big function with top guys,giving it ample publicity,getting it telecasted in suntv ..i think he has done more for our boss,we need to show him respect.Instead of just Branding him and his films nothing but about Vulgarity.I feel happy wat ever Vulgar he has in his movies,he has maintained our Rahman sir's Creations out of any vulgarisim,he has picturaised the songs in the best Possible way..
