Summer schedule!

 In a week's time, a new government will be sworn in Tamilnadu. The film industry can heave a sigh of relief as the focus will shift back to films from elections and politics. 
Finally the summer release can start rolling- Last year when all superstars like Rajnikanth (Chandramukhi), Kamal (Mumbai Xpress), Vijay (Sachin), Vikram (Anniyan), Surya (Mayyaavi) had releases. 
This year only Kamal Hassan and Ajit have their long pending releases Vetayadu Vilayadu and Godfather. Suriya has Jillendru Oru Kathal) as the big summer release. Here is the complete list of summer releases, most of them in the last stages of shooting or post-production work. 
The producers concerned have given some indication about the release date but they are not confirming. Unlike Hollywood and to certain extent Bollywood, Tamil films never stick to the scheduled date. 
As of now these are the tentative dates of releases- 
May 19- Puthupettai, Jerry, Perarasu May 26- Solli Adippen, ParijathamJune 2- Vetayadu VilayaduJune 2- Thalainagaram, Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi June 9- Godfather June 16- Something Something Unakkum Enakkum

Yes you are right Mohamed. Not only in THALA ARR concern, but also other MD's especially Yuvan and Harris. "Copy" is not a small word, which take life's of there hard work. Typically MD Yuvan shanker raja is not an effortless person he is next to ARR in Tamilnadu and started marking in neighbor Andra also. He has his own style (even ARR committed this same statement) with lotz of soothe music. Please stop depressing any MD's.

"A. R. Rahman or Allah Rakha Rahman was born actually  A. S. Dileep Kumar on the 6th of January in the year 1967, in Madras (now Chennai), to a musically affluent Tamil Mudaliar family.  The second of four children he had three sisters Kanchana, Bala (now Talat) and Israth, Kanchana being elder and the other two younger. His father 
R.K. Sekhar was a composer, arranger and conductor in Malayalam movies and had worked under the likes of Salil Chowdhary and Devarajan. His mother was Kasthuri (now Kareema Begum). Dileep's baptism in music happened early in life. Dileep's earliest memories  of the studio are with his father. On one of those visits, a music director Sudarshanam Master found the four year old playing a tune on the harmonium. He covered the keys with a cloth. It made no difference. Dileep replayed the tune effortlessly. This impressed the music director who suggested that he be trained in music. Dileep started learning the piano at the tender age of four. He recieved his early training in music from Dhanraj Master.

 Ajit's K.S.Ravikumar directed Godfather which has been long in the making was in the news recently after its promos started appearing on channels. The film supposed to release on February 24 has now been postponed! 

Last Friday night, music director A.R.Rahman, Crazy Mohan and Ravikumar watched the entire film at the director's home theatre in his office at West Mambalam. Those who saw the film including Rahman says that it has shape out extremely well. Rahman has started the re-recording which will be complete by the end of this week. However a song is yet to be canned. 
The trouble is that, there is an agreement between Ajit, AVM and the Tamilnadu film distributors federation that Godfather can only release 50 days before or after the release of Tirupati scheduled on April 14. February 24 was the cut-off date and does that mean that 
Godfather will release only in June? 
But Balasubramaniam, the Coimbatore based distributor and satellite rights holder of the film says: "Come hell or high water, we will try to release the film by March 17 as Crores are locked in the project. I saw the rushes of the film which is outstanding and is a sure super hit". 
Now Godfather distributors are putting pressure on Ajit and AVM to postpone Tirupati to May 1, the actor's birthday. But AVM is in no mood to oblige as elections are due in Tamilnadu in the first week of May.

Since Puli is killed due to the differences of opinion between S J Surya and Vijay, S J Surya is getting ready with his next movie, Isai. The plot tells you how a cunning assistant music director comes to the top. As you guessed it, it is all about music in cinema.

 







A R Rahman scores the music and according to inside sources, Rahman is said to be excited about the project. Rahman-Surya pair has always been a hit churning out innovative and out of the line tunes. This project seems to be no different. Rahman is considering using instruments never used in Tamil movies before. Isai may be produced by either Nick Arts or by Appachan. Once Surya completes Isai, he will take up Thirumagan.

But guys just to share n to get opinions of all of u regarding ARR n HJ. As we know ARR is on top of others n HJ is nothing to compare with ARR. (Even Yuvan). But recently we seeing that HJ's songs are picking up greatly even the songs are really trash. Sometimes we hv seen our boss overthrown by HJ. Example when Anbe Aruyire released, all the songs are really great n picking up the chart but when totti jaya n ghajini were released the songs of Ah Aah slowly got down n suddenly dissapeared from the charts. 

 
People now talking great about ghajini's songs n HJ. As im concern, as a true fan of ARR, im scared this will happen again to godfather. The songs of vettaiyaadu vilayaadu,V V (kamal movie) which HJ is a composer will be releasing in 1 or 2 week time. Im scared that when its released people will put behind godfather n will go for 

V V. I dont want this to be happen again as we know we all waited for this godfather songs to be released n to enjoy it. Im sure we're enjoying it but how about in the future when HJ album released? 
 
As a true fans, pls we all come up n do something so that our boss's godfather rockz the music world n stay at no. 1 forever unbeated by others. teach a lesson to HJ, Yuvan n others saying that ARR is droping down n became 2nd after HJ as there are people who are claiming that.

 
Please guys post ur comments n suggestions how to overcome this situation. I want to proved that our boss is still no.1 n will be forever. do reply.

[arr] Godfather may come early

Following the good opening for Ajith's Paramasivan, all efforts are being taken to get his long-pending Godfather to theatres at the earliest. 
Directed by K S Ravikumar, the movie stars Ajith in three different roles and features Asin opposite Ajith. A R Rehman has composed the music.
The highlight of the movie is that four cinematographers have worked in this film. According to the director they have purposely roped in to give a different feel for the audience.
P C Sreeram, Vijay Milton, Priyan and debutant Chakravarthy have worked in the movie. 
While songs were canned by one cinematographer, the other had shot flashback sequences, another the stunt sequences and the rest by another.
It is an innovative idea, which we hope would be reach out to the masses, says the director.
Ajith is hoping to cash in on the momentum that his career has got now

Harris Jeyaraj emerged the numero uno music composer last year thanks to big hits in Anniyan and Ghajini. With a host of offers coming his way, Harris Jeyaraj is now all keen to continue his good run.

'The big success of my songs last year has given me fresh energy to continue the good job. It is the success of my hard work', he says.
Asked whether he considered himself a right competitor to A R Rehman, Harris says, 'certainly not. I am a great fan of Rehman. I love his music. Thankfully Kollywood has got abundant talent and I feel happy that I am also a drop in that big ocean'.

On venturing to foreign countries for composing songs, Harris Jeyaraj, 'there is no disturbance there. It also creates a curiosity among film distributors in foreign countries, who evince interest to buy the film'.

Asked whether he is planning to go global on the footsteps of Rehman, Harris Jeyaraj, says,'I love composing music for Indian films. It is here that music is given due importance and, compared to Hollywood, music directors are respected more here'.

Thiruvasagam has taken Illayaraja to the top. He is now busy again
with films. He has completed Dhanush's Adhu oru Kanakkalam and is now
working on Kasturimaan in Tamil. There are rumours doing the rounds
that the Maestro and A.R. Rehman may join hands together in composing
music for a film. If this comes true, then it will be one of the
greatest events in Kollywood ever and will surely create music in the
cash registers!

C guys, u wanna to accept this truth also. Do u think that, he had given best music in 'New' film. But for me it's not an ARR standard. In this I like only 2 songs (Thottal Poo.. and Kalai Dhinamum Kan..) others songs just aggravate me like other local MD' do. 

What's the problem? It's because of Director, which he is working? Or Interest on giving music to Tamil lang or time span? Because he given more music to worst directors in his history. But that time he came out with best.

 
Note: no comment on ARR's hindi film music because he does well.

In this Chandramuki is running good and by default song will have credit because of Rajini. Coming to next Arindhum Ariyamalum, Its really a marking songs by Yuvan Shankar Raja, I hope 
it should be highly considered/competitive. Vidya sagar did normal music in Kanaa Kanden. Sachin, time to go out. Daas, once again Yuvan..(I DIDN'T HEAR.so no comment)

Time has come for ARR to drop new music in Tamil. Once in "Ah Aha" Director said, film will be released on May 6. So this is solid month to get audio out.

In this Chandramuki is running good and by default song will have credit because of Rajini. Coming to next Arindhum Ariyamalum, Its really a marking songs by Yuvan Shankar Raja, I hope
 it should be highly considered/competitive. Vidya sagar did normal music in Kanaa Kanden. Sachin, time to go out. Daas, once again Yuvan..(I DIDN'T HEAR.so no comment)
