[arr] Couples Retreat - Reg

2009-10-20 Thread Naveen Kumar
Brothers, is there any possibility of getting the CR CD in India. I mean any
music company shall take the rights to sell it in India like T-series did with
SDM. It is not possible to every one to buy it from sources outside India.

Gopal sir, Vithur ji  or any one, please convey your opinion.

[arr] Why to compare Hind & Tamil Gajni ?

2008-11-25 Thread Naveen Kumar

I don’t understand why some people are comparing Hindi & Tamil Gajni songs.
What is there to be compared yaar ? Its very childish. I know one song of
tamil Gajni was a block buster, I also liked that song. So What ? This
doesn’t mean Sir ARR has to break that record with his songs, nor he is signed
for that purpose by Amir.

HJ has given his highest outcome which he can in Gajni – afterwards never went
beyond that, nor he can in future (I think). But Sir ARR has given hundreds of
songs which are far better in every respect from tamil gajni.

We all should keep in mind that Sir ARR brought a revolution in Indian Film
Music when he came in 1992. If there is no ARR, there is no HJ, no Devi sri
Prasad(telugu), no Anu malik (after 1992) , and no other recent MD. Because
all the MDs consciously or unconsciously tries to follow Sir ARR style..

Those who compare and criticize Sir ARR : JUST IMAGINE A WORLD WITH SIR ARR,
whom would you have compared and whom would you have criticized ?

[arr] Re: NON-FILM MUSIC

2008-09-23 Thread Naveen Kumar
Thanks brother Sreekrishnan,

For your prompt reply.  I am really grateful to you.  Although I am also a fan
of Sir ARR for last 12-13 years.  But I didn,t had any perfect means to know
about his working and releases, as I am not having PC at my home nor I had a
cable connection to our TV.  Only through my school friends I use to get
information to some extent.

Now I am a working person and I check my mails in office. It is 3 months back
when I luckily came across this group and joined.  I felt so happy as I got my
second family where all the members as like me, loves Sir ARR and his music. It
is from then I am gathering all his works and trying to purchase which are
available.  Before 3 months I was completely unknown about PFMB, One Love, JGM.
But I now I am having all of these.  Thanks to the group and the almighty that
happened me to connect this group.

As brother Sreekrishnan wrote, I urge all the group members, if anyone knows,
the availability of the CDs in stores of the undermention albums.  Please let
me know.

In this world of hatred, poverty and ignorance, some elements sent by GOD are
working for the upliftment of human race.  I know Sir ARRs music is one of
them.

Thanks & Regards

2008-08-15 Thread Naveen Kumar
Dear All,

As we all know that the music of Kisna(Subhas Ghai's film) is composed by our
Sir ARR and Ismail Darbar. In this film there is one song "Aham Brahmaasmi"
sung by Sukhwinder singh & Alka yagnik. Kindly anyone confirm the composer of
the song. Is it by Ismail Darbar or by our Sir ARR ?

Please listen to the song before giving reply, it is completely in Sir ARR's
style as I believe.

Thanks

Re: [arr] Please mention your place of living.

2008-07-11 Thread Naveen Kumar
I am sorry to say that my earlier posting is totally misunderstood. I dont mean
to pirate the songs of Sir ARR and send them to the other Rahmaniacs. But what
I mean will be clear, after i write what happended last night.

Yesterday evening i went to Rhythem house( one of the biggest stores in Vizag.)
I asked the storekeeper the date from which CDs of Sakkarakatti will be
available at his stores.( I already told him the releasing date of Sakkaratti
i.e 11.07.2008) First of all he totally refused to make availabel a Tamil CD
as the sale will be very low. But on my request he agreed to make availabel the
CD after 15-20 days from the date of release.

This is happening in the state next to Tamil Nadu and that too in the second
biggest City of Andhra Pradesh. Then what about the rest of the Sates in India.

I know all the Rahmaniacs from Chennai will rush towards Music centres tommorow
(Saturday) to fetch the Sakkarkatti CD to satisfy their souls with the
mesmerising tunes of Sir ARR. If any Rahmaniac can send the CD(only after
receiving the ACTUAL AMOUNT from me for the CD+Shiping Cost) I would have also
feel the same withing 4-5 days from its release. But for that I should know
that the Rahmanics from Tamil Nadu.

That’s why I urged to quote place with postings and this is the kind of help,
what i wanted to make understand in my first post on this topic..

[arr] Please mention your place of living.

2008-07-07 Thread Naveen Kumar
Dear All,

It is my earnest request to all Rahmaniacs to mention their name with place of
living after their posting. It will give a basic idea that in which part of
the country or outside the posting came. And also help us to assume which
language collections the particular Rahmaniac have. Suppose if anyone is from
North India, he may not have the collections of Sir ARR in Telugu & Tamil. So
we can help him out.

I am urging this to all because I have a strong feeling that every Rahmaniac
should have each and every composition wheather it is in telugu, tamil, hindi,
or any other language.

Re: [arr] melodies

2008-07-03 Thread Naveen Kumar

Well all the songs composed by Sir ARR are not only best but outstanding and
superb. I am sure all the rahmaniacs will coincide with me. But if i have to
select one song as best of the best. I would go for Dil se re from Dil Se.

What make the song so special is.

Firstly the rythem of the song or we can say the beat of the song is very
unique. This type of beat is neither used before by any one nor it was repeated
by Sir ARR himself.

It was sung in high nodes as well as in low nodes.

The timing is perfectly arranged between the chores and singer during the song.

Its too hard to maintain the melody of the song While using both high & low
nodes. Very rare MD dared to do so. But Sir ARR did it most effectively and
with a great style.

Strings and drums are used together during the interlude, which is again very
rare.

Useing the human voice as an instrument can also be heared
during the song.

The tuning the composition and the song takes into another world when we listen
to it.

Re: [arr] Which ARR song u think is Oscar/ Grammy worthy

2008-06-27 Thread NAVEEN KUMAR
We should accept that fact that what has been not achieved by the old music
personalities for last 77 years, it is achieved by ARR. For example the great
music directors of hindi films like Roshan, Naushad and so on were very rarely
known to the south audience. And the good south composers like Ilyaraja were
not known by the north Indians. But ARR dissolved the boundaries of the
territories and lead his music known by the entire India.

Re: [arr] Which ARR song u think is Oscar/ Grammy worthy

2008-06-27 Thread NAVEEN KUMAR

Why are we giving so such emphasis on oscar/grammy awards. In my opinion ARR’s
music went much more far behind from winning a grammy/oscar.

ARR getting an oscar/grammy doesn’t mean he is honored, but the oscar/grammy
award itself will be honored by getting into ARR’s list of awards. In other
words nothing can be awarded enough to the music legend for his magical
compositions.

We should not assume that ARR is lacking something which is stopping him from
oscar/grammy. But in fact he is having extra ordinary elements as an artist, as
a human being and his vision can be easily understood when we come across ARR
foundation. He is working for the human welfare. Who other so called
oscar/grammy winner or nominator is doing so?

I didn’t understand what this mean “repeating old wine in a new bottle”
although it is perfectly alright for the other music directors like Anu malik,
Himesh Reshamiya, Preetam, Rajesh Roshan etc. who not only repeating the old
wine but also steeling the wine from the other parts of the world. On the
contrary, whenever I listen a new song of ARR I gets a new flavour of wine with
exceptional taste.

We should not be worried about reaching ARR’s music to the world level ? What
is their level ? Western countries are far backward then India as far as Music,
Spirituality and Culture is concerned. They had gained only technology and
economy in the past few decades and that too with the help of Indian
scientist, doctors, engineers and economists.
Indian music is the greatest from the rest of the world’s music. It is the
music through which Taansen forced clouds to rain and make lamps
enlighten.(Believe it or not, these are the unrevealed truths).

For the rest of the world, I can say they will never understand Indian music,
because they don’t have that much potential in their intellect that my help
them to grasp our music. Now anyone can doubt, how then our music can be
considered greatest if it is not understood by the majority of the people. For
this let me make understand with an example. A 10th class student cannot
understand the syllabus of a Degree student. But a degree student can easily
understand the syllabus of the 10th class student. In the same way let me quote
an extreme fact that.

“INDIANS CAN LISTEN, UNDERSTAND & COMPOSE THE NON-INDIAN MUSIC BUT THE
NON-INDIAN CANNOT EVEN UNDERSTAND INDIAN MUSIC”.

Majority of the people doing the same thing doesn’t mean that they are doing
the right thing. For me we Indian being minor part of the world doing major
contribution for the development of the world.

At last Indian music is like an ocean in which the music of all over the world
merges and losses their entity. And ARR is the king of that ocean.
