[arr] Re: One More very disappointing Ja review .. Sorry for posting this here

2008-01-24 Thread Sribalaji
I understood what happened to bollywood review team. They are
marketing the Jodha Akbar in a negative way inorder to make Rahman's
image down.

This is highly impossible and A.R.Rahman has already reached the top
several years before and he will continue the same position in the
successive decades.

Surpassing Rahman is a nightmare for those people. That's why they
are trying to do such childish thingslet us forgive those chotta
people.

what do you say guys? Am i right?

Wishing you all a very great and happy new year. Last sunday is the
very most unforgettable day for me in my life.

The guys who worked for the event are all incredible. The man who
initiated the idea Mr.Vithur, who coordinated and worked hard to
make this event successful, hats off to him.

Narayan, Anees and Rakesh worked really hard in making the things
organised for the show. Special thanks to all you guys.

Guys like Barathwaj, Ganesh, Abilash, Chandrasekar, Prashant are
unbelievable. Nice to be one among you all.

invent a new instrument to make him learn because he is playing all
the instruments existing.

Please friends, stop the thread. I am watching patiently for a long
time. Now-a-days our fellow rahmaniacs are not focussing more about
something fresh and blossoming features of ARR's music.

Often some one makes a critic or just a opinion which will be wrongly
interpreted as critic, and there starts threading mails.

Friends, we assembled here to enjoy, explore, discuss and share the
music of the musical midas.

If any mail comes as a critic to ARR and/or his music, just forgive
them and suggest them that this is not the right place for their comments.

Lots and lots of exploration is required to comment on any musician's
composition. So please don't make any critic on any musician and
especially in this forum about ARR.

If ARR's fans are snobs or not is up for debate, but the reaction
to Saawariya is certainly not coming out of insecurity. The music has
received mixed reviews with many known aficionados of music not taking
to it kindly. I, for one, thought Omkara was the best soundtrack of
last year, even ahead of Rang De Basanti and there is no shame in
admitting it. ARR did so himself.

And everyone is free to choose what they want to listen to but I
am certain that ARR wouldn't put the craftsman ahead of the craft.
ARR's music is still a tiny drop in a mighty ocean.

[arr] musical concert entitled "Isai Puyalin Isain Payanam"

2007-09-07 Thread Sribalaji
Hi Guys,

I can't wait for a long time to get the response from our fellow
rahmaniacs. Some people will check mail daily or some people will
check mail occasionally. I think many of the Chennai fans might have
not read the mail. That's why it is getting late for the response i
suppose.

So I have taken an intiative. I already started preparing the song
list for the concert titled "Isai Puyalin Isai Payanam". I called up
my friends who are instrumentalists, to perform and they said O.K. I
also asked them to join our group, so that those people will become
rahmaniacs.

We are preparing with the song list of A.R.R's(including albums)
compositions since 1992. We will start practising the songs once the
song list gets finalized. We are planning to perform each and every
song live with the recording effect. We will try our best.

We are always opened and welcome the fellow vocalists and
instrumentalists of our group. They can directly join with us once the
practice gets started.

I request our group members to come forward and encourage our guys.
Above all, we pray God to make this endeavour a great success!!!

Thanks.
