having any "huge" expectations from the music!! So, when the music comes out,
everyone will probably be raving about it :))

I too agree with you guys. I felt dissapoined with this trailer music but lets
see what happens... i am still hoping for the BEST coz our BOSS said in that
interview, that he never compramised while composing music for this movie
and Rasool pookutty is also added to him so i guess this combination is gonna
rock again.

I think we should restrain ourselves from making positive or negative comments
about music; since music is not released yet.

Theres a saying.. "Never judge a book by its cover".
The trailer of Angels & Demon was superb. In the movie I didnt find the
greatness as much as I had expected be it the BGM or the movie itself. But
still I would love to hear Hans Zimmer's next venture.

This movie category might not be the one AR has worked much, but I had wished
that he would venture out for an action packed thriller. I remember "Thiruda
Thiruda" also didnt make its mark. But the music was a bench mark. The music
was so futuristic that in 2007 Delhi concert when "chandralekha" was being
played there were plenty of ppl who had asked "is this from the yet to beleased
movie?" a 15 yr old movie sound track sounded like just new. Thats what is him
and his music.

I dont keep much expectations in Bollywood Action/thriller just bcs they are
either inspired/copied and utter failure inits adaptation (going by the trailer
I feel its adapted from "Into the blue"). What I just care for is his music.
AND nothing Else other than that.

lol.. we understand you very well Chord. me too have comparatively lower
expectations from the album.. promo looks 'cool' (Luck part 2 or Cash part 2?)
but gives strong feeling that movie wont work. Hopefully I will be proven
wrong.

well did you see the latest interview with AR Rahman on Bollywood hungama.. ?
when the interviewer is asked , the BGM will be great.. ARR politely says that
dont expect much...

How cooly Arr is downplaying the expectation... but we all know.. It would be
mind blowing.. even arr dont want to create too much expectation, want us to go
with minimum expectation and get a bang.. .. Great man!!

I'm with you on that. It's not the usual excitement this time but I'd like to
see how Rahman meets this challenge. Such soundtracks are usually left for
Pritam. But Vishal-Shekhar showed there is scope for originality with their
soundtrack for Cash, so BLUE's fast tracks should meet the expectations.
