I am sorry to say but the comments are a bit juvenile. To say that an album shouldn't be criticized just because it is by Rahman does not pass muster. There were couple of crude remarks as well which are unwarranted. The album stands tall on its own merits. May be you are true..But i really enjoyed reading most of it because i think the reviewers should think twice before they review a rahman release on the first listen on the release day.( its high time they respect this man and what he has given to indian music) I am working in KSA in a remote area and doesn't get much time to watch TV to catch up with the latest music . So i go by reading the reviews.( in india by some means you will get to listen to most of the new songs and can pick your own good ones) . So , I feel , baseless reviews ( I didn't see even a single person supporting his views in the thread) deserves its share from the mass so that next time he will be more carefull and responsible :-) ..i am sure , in hindsight Joginder will be repenting the hasty review he did for JA.and it was evident in his review of ADA. So, is might right ? We also need to understand that the days of one or two newspapers throughout a city, one TV channel , no internet have gone by. So with the media channels increasing, the trash that comes with it is also going to increase. We cannot expect everyone to toe our line. The last thing we would to happen is tarnish Rahman by our responses. Because as the largest fan group (I think so) , it is also our duty to practice what Rahman preaches and practices.
