Hi, I typically go to Admin Console -> Add Remove Licenses. In the upper right corner the Curren Host ID is shown. Match this to your server licenses in the list below and you should find the correct one. Remember to take into account the expiration date. It might also be that you have multiple licenses applied and not all of them have valid keys. Remove them one at a time until you find the correct one. Go to Admin Console -> Server Information -> License to see when you remove the active license. Then re-apply it to get going again. Also not that if you have a server group, you will need one valid license for each server. Is the escalation hitting an error and stopping processing? If so it could be defect SW00500252 - you'll need to raise a support case to confirm and see if there's a hotfix available. Hello We have a custom form, A that works as an email parser. All incoming emails intended for a specific clients are recorded in it. Other client uses OOTB AR System Email Messages. Form A creates a ticket from an incoming email. How to add email attachments in the form ? How AR System Email Attachments work? Does any attachments coming in AR System Email Messages gets stored in ticket attachments field? We have a customized ticketing console. Escalations aborts after exception - remedy 9
Hello! I am running into an issue with remedy 9.0.1 escalations. We have an escalation that pushes the data from a view form, say A to a regular form, say B. If any mandatory field on form B is pushed with a NULL value, escalation returns an exception and aborts. It does not process rest of the records. While on 7.6.04, we have the same escalation that writes all the errors to aerror.log and continue processing rest of the records. Is this an issue with Remedy 9.0.1? Can we log such exceptions in arerror.log file and continue processing rest of the records? First of all who are you? You got no signatures or name on your email. Please update your email account and start identifying yourselves. I have used RRR License with a number of clients. By re-allocation the user licenses between fix/floating user licenses you can save your client lots of money. RRR - License will also help you identify the correct mix between fixed and floating user licenses. RRR License is a licensed tool, it will quickly pay for itself.
