Hi David, We are on ARS 7.1 P 7, ITSM 7.0.03 P 008 / Solaris 10 , Would this SSI Installer works if we are considering doing an upgrade in overwrite mode? There are SSI for SP1 - but SSI can only be used for a fresh install, so if you've already installed 7.6.04 you can't use the SSI to upgrade. However, folks that have not yet installed 7.6.04 can use the SSI to do a fresh install of 7.6.04 SP1 and skip the step of installing 7.6.04 (no SP). -David J.
