SunOS != Solaris

The operating system is SunOS, and Solaris is the package with
operating system plus windowing system plus extra software

Ie: Solaris 2.0 contain SunOS 5.0, Solaris 10 contain SunOS 5.10

You may be better served having a second AL check for whatever 'Else'
conditions you are looking for.
BUT
In looking at your qualification, it appears that their might be some overlap
in the conditions.
('Status' != $NULL$ AND 'Case ID+' != $NULL$)would evaluate TRUE
even if; Status=New AND CaseID = HD.AND, I believe( 'Status' !=
"New" AND 'Case ID+' != "HD" ) would evaluate TRUE even if; Status = NULL AND
CaseID = NULLSo it looks like your run-if would rarely evaluate
false/else.Maybe:Status = New ANDCaseID = NULLStatus =
NULLAND CaseID = HD
If you want, give us a little more insight in to what you are trying to
accomplish, maybe we can help.

That is what I thought - and I am using that directory
usr/lib/jvm - but it keeps telling me a non-supported version is installed - but
we clearly installed 1.5.

Pam,
Yes this is the java installation directory on the box that you
are installing it on. ie /usr/java1.4 or something to that affect.

Mid-Tier 7.0 Installation Problem

2006-09-13 Thread Pam Hollis
I am installing the Mid-Tier 7.0 piece for my upgrade and I am having some
problems.

RedHat Linux Enterprise release 4 Update 2 (Linux 2.6.9-22 EL smp)
Oracle 10g
Appache 2
ARSystem 7.0 Patch 1, Email 7.0, Assignmnet 7.0, Flashboards 7.0, Approval
7.0 have all been installed no problems.

Problem is that I get to the question
 Enter the 'base' directory name of your Java installation
which will be used for ServletExec installation and operation.
and I have tried several different things but what is actually suppose to
be entered here. The SDK directory - your java directory???

I have all the prerequistes for Mid-Tier and Linux installed - correct
versions.

Thanks
Pam Hollis

2006-09-13 Thread Jarl Grøneng

You probably need to change the install script to reflect version 1.5,
had to do the same with version 1.4.
