Hi, You can modify login.jsp file to add the note. The file is located at ‘BMC Software\ARSystem\midtier\shared\login.jsp’ Apart from this if you want to add some CSS to this note then make those changes in login_common.jsp in the same folder. Hi -- That file is \midtier\shared\login.jsp If you're not familiar editing HTML, you should use an editor or have someone on your web admin team add it in for you. Hi Guys, I found that user name for Midtier login is case sensitive, So i want to include a small note(saying that username is case-sensitive) beside Username in the Midtier. I am not sure where can i go and add this note, can you please give me some idea where can i perform this change in order to reflect this in the Remedy Midtier page. Thanks for the reply Michelle. I neglected to mension one vital part, though. (Funny how it doesn't make it always from the brain to the email.) I really want the FORM help available to the mid-tier, just not the FIELD help. It looks like it is all or none. It is too bad that they disabled the feature of hiding fields where necessary. I was hoping that someone had a workaround.
