Hi All, Not sure why I did not think of this earlier, but we also have a test server. So I pointed our test server to the devdb server and the plugin crashes with same error below. Since it is telling you the problem is in the file msvcr71.dll (MS Visual C Runtime 7.1) I would have to ask ... Was any other application installed or updated on Thursday night? Compare that dll file (in your system32 directory) with the one on Production.
