Re: Adding custom permissions groups in 7.1
You're right, it is. The company I am working for is struggling financially and I've had to find a new position, but I'm working to try and get this new version up for them before I leave. That's why I'm trying to find OOTB solutions and avoid custom work. We have a fresh install and are trying to go pretty much OOTB. However, the custom form I made is important and unique and has to be retained. I made the group and gave it the number . It shows up in the admin client for permissions, and I can set qualifications using it and put people in it from the User form. However, Joe Average here won't have access to the user or group form. It's looking like I'll have to go custom or allow someone access to those forms. Hey Matthew- Thanks for the response. I'm trying to see if there is a way to do this out of the box- we're trying to avoid custom work on this release, but if there is no way, I will end up doing as you suggested. Thanks!
