Tim, Do you happen to have IMSLM Patch 9004 installed? In any case, I've recently worked through a similar issue where the SVTDueDate was not getting set, which caused the Estimated Resolution Date to not get set properly. There is a HotFix that BMC Support can provide for you*if* it so happens that you are suffering from the same issue. Good Luck! A another reason that the SLA due date is missing is the Terms and Condition is met but the Start When qualification has not been met.For example if the Terms and Condition is 'Company' = some company and the Start When is Status = Assigned. When the incident is created the T and C is met but the Status = Pending. SLA due date will be blank by design.
