shared folder and to the file and tried to map the folder as network drive
to be like local but still not working



i changed the service log on with user exist in the twos servers with
the same password and it's not working too

Yea the attachment field has public permission, and its a filter which run
without needing permission

Did you restart the service after changing the logon details?  Make sure you're 
accessing the file using an UNC path 
(\\server\share\file).  Enable logon auditing on 
the server sharing the file and see if it's failing for any reason?
