As a woman, I have enough project management experience running a household,
managing a budget, designing landscaping, organizing non-profit ventures, and
performing building construction and maintenance I could conceivably count that
as valuable experience toward the company's bottom line. I'll let you know how

It's the same problem across all industries. I have over 10 years experience with Remedy, does that make me more qualified than someone with 5? Or 3?...it depends on what sort of work I have done in my 10 years, and they in theirs as well as what sort of work they are requiring to be done at the position.
