Reported Source (HPD:Help Desk)
Hi all Can anybody point us at a reference showing where the Reported Source (100215) values can be added? Added them to HPD:Help Desk but they don't show up in the SYS:Reported Source form and that form won't accept new records. Re: Reported Source (HPD:Help Desk)
Hi David, Reported Source field is a Selection Field (DropDown) with OOTB 12 values on both HPD:;Help Desk and SYS:Reported Source forms. We can create the overlay and add additional values into the drop down list for any additional values. Hope this helps you. Thanks, it doesn’t appear that that form allows field overlays evidently however. Re: Reported Source (HPD:Help Desk)
First you have to create an overlay of the form, view, etc, then overlay the field. > On Sep 19, 2014, at 2:55 PM, "Drake, David" wrote: > > ** > Thanks, it doesn’t appear that that form allows field overlays evidently > however.
