Re: Incident SLM Data
In addition to what Kelly and others have already mentioned, you can also extract data from two separate Remedy forms using the Subreport feature in Crystal Reports. To which system are you migrating, BTW? Hope this helps, Joshua Schuller On Fri, Jan 17, 2014 at 6:03 PM, Kelly Deaver wrote: > ** > Because the current status isn't really an important value to the service > target, it is not stored on the SLM:Measurement form. Re: [EXTERNAL] Incident SLM Data
Josh: Is this migration between two systems on the same versions of ITSM (such as from Prod to Qual, if, say, you wanted your test environment data to mirror what's in Production) or a migration of data from one version of ITSM to another where a straight out upgrade doesn't make sense? Like with us, we had a group that piloted ITSM on 7.6.03 I think it was before we went live with ITSM to the enterprise. We decided to go live with 7.6.04 for the enterprise rollout, and while the 7.6.03 pilot installation could technically have been upgraded, there were various reasons that led us to start from scratch with a new installation of 7.6.04. As part of our rollout we had to migrate the piloting group's tickets from the 7.6.03 to the 7.6.04 enterprise installation. Re: [EXTERNAL] Incident SLM Data
Josh: I don't think SLM:Measurement shows the status of the incident ID, only the incident number, though I wouldn't swear to that. If you're not seeing it, then that's probably true. Are you trying to build a report showing this information? If not, what are you trying to accomplish by pulling it? If you're working on a report, I can make some suggestions, but if you're working on something other than a report, I probably can't help you at all. Re: SLM Data
For our data warehouse we pull the information from the SLM_Measurement form. I guess it depends on how you are using SLM. Question: SLM Data
I am trying to create a report to see if all my SLAs are correct. I see that "SLM:ServiceTarget_Category" contains most of what I want, however, it does not contain the "qualification" of the SLA.
