When our support team gets a request like this the first thing we always have them do is to request a screen shot from the user (Alt-PrintScreen will capture the active window as a picture into the Windows clipboard so it can be pasted into a Word Document or directly into an email). About 1/3 of the time we find out that the "Queue" the user is talking about is nothing more than a user-written macro query and they didn't put things like ('Status' < "Closed") into their search parameters. ** Mimi, Could you be using Remedy Service Desk Express? It’s another product in the Remedy suite, but completely unrelated to ARS. In Service Desk Express (Magic), there is a job queue that can get filled up with failed executions and poorly written functions.
