I saw them too and they looked pretty good. I assume you can buy the minutes and use them for whatever you want. Only issue I have with them at the moment is that their ping times don't seem great from where I will be setting up our initial server. Yes, and the DID pricing varies dramatically due to the individual tariffs (rates) that each 'local' exchange has, verses the competitive toll business. If you are just starting up and no commitments, then you have to stick with one of the two categories that you mentioned below. I chose to use first type you mentioned. BTW:- if you find a provider which could give those points mentioned and still go with no commitments, please let me know.
