Hope your still around though since I'd miss your sense of humour if you did indeed leave the forum. @Dark Eagle, interesting you mention fireworks. there have been plenty over here, what with it being bonfire night as well, though I don't think many have caused polution etc. Equally though these days the larger and more dangerous fireworks are only possible to see at massive organised displays and you can't just buy them in shops, which likely cuts down on the danger factor. Re: Mainstream playable Games: Non-Fighting? I finally got ePSXSE to work. Damn thing kept opening, then just closing for no reason whenever I opened a game. Somehow by going to options > CPU overclocking and choosing x1, it fixed it. Apparently it's a fix specifically that has something to do with Windows 10. Not sure why I'd need to do this given that I have an I7 processor, which probably would beat the hell out of a PS1 console processor, but hey, it works. I just hope the overclocking doesn't hurt my processor. Now to see if my controller will work. Assuming I can get it to work correctly, where do I actually find game play information on MG solid? Once kodi V 18 is released, you will have another option for emulators.I was able to play streets of rage 2 for the megadrive, genisis for the people in the US, and double dragon for the mastersystem.Configuring a controler was quite easy, the kodi screen reader was able to read the wizard to set up the control pad reasonably well.I know you asked for non fighting games, I just used those as an example.Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any playstation games to work, I'm hoping that will be fixed by the time kodi is out of beta stage. I should go and find that out. If it turns out that it's technicaly illegal though, that'll close the loophole. It's taken a firm stance against straight-up torrenting programs or software or copyrighted material, but has tended to go for a don't-ask-don't-tell take on all the rest. E.G., some people thinking that the movie vault movies are illegal, and others don't. So maybe just restrict it to audiogame cracks to avoid this, I'm sure that has near universal support as being bad.Apparently unlike many other people I'm fine with rule 8, it makes sense especially the example jayde gave of someone causing trouble everytime their warning expires. And it does have the requirements that several moderators must agree, which should help. Thing is, I don't have a playstation controller. My controller is Xbox one. I'm not sure whether an emulator would see it correctly, and I think that the first MGS was only for playstation. If the only content that was removed for PC version was graphical, that would be one thing, but I think they removed actual game content as well, which doesn't please me. Thing is, I don't have a playstation controller. My controller is Xbox one. I'm not sure whether an emulator would see it correctly, and I think that the first MGS was only for playstation. If the only content that was removed for PC version was graphical, that would be one thing, but I think they removed actual game content as well, which doesn't please me.
