As regards satnavs, the things I wanted from the watch are firstly the watches use to fix your position, which I've heard can make satnav data more accurate, and secondly the ability to listen to a satnav on  watch while walking, since I don't really want to be wandering around in public with headphones on. other than that it would mostly be extra control of my phone when not holding it, which I admit is more a convenience thing than anything else.As regards which version of the watch, I'm not really sure if its worth paying literally twice the price for a faster processor, and bigger screen since as far as I can determine that is really the only major difference, though if I'm missing something feel free to let me know.

Hi everyone,Let me start this out by saying that I have no ill will toward Mota or Thomas Ward, before people get mad at me for questioning a dead man's decisions. I'm merely curious about something and it's frustrating not being able to find an answer to something which I think shouldn't be so hard to find.The other day I was playing with the old Mysteries of the Aztecs Beta that USA Games released in 2008, the one that came after Thomas Ward was forced to stop using the name Montezuma's Return. This version of the game had some epic music which would play during gameplay, though you could turn it off. You can download it here, they were just wav files installed with the game so nothing at all fancy is needed to get the files. My favorite tracks are action2 and action5, especially the latter. For 10 years I have wanted to know where this music came from. The bad sound quality of the music has always been a downer for me, though the production itself is awesome, and I shudder to think what this music will sound like at a higher quality. So recently I started trying to track it down just for my own curiosity, and to listen to the rest of the music from whatever epic soundtrack this is from.What is starting to bother me is that I've done my research and things are not adding up. In the change log for this version of the game, it said that the ambiance and music tracks were changed to ones from Tomb Hunter II. Tomb Hunter II is not an actual game. But  I think Mota was planned to be in a Tomb Hunter series, so maybe Tomb Hunter II was going to be the second game and that was the music it would use? Seems kinda odd that he'd plan for Tomb Hunter II before the first game was still in design stages, though I guess I shouldn't be too surprised if that were the case.I don't know how much USA Games was going for a Tomb Raider vibe, but I skimmed through the soundtracks of the Tomb Raider games before 2008 (since the Mota beta was released early 2008). The games that I listened to were:Tomb RaiderTomb Raider 2 - Starring Lara CroftTomb Raider 3 - Adventures Of Lara CroftTomb Raider 4 - The Last RevelationTomb Raider 5 - ChroniclesTomb Raider 6 - Angel Of DarknessTomb Raider 7 - LegendTomb Raider 8 - AnniversaryTomb Raider 9 - UnderworldThe first Tomb Raider seems to have the start.wav jingle, but that's all I could find. When thinking of Alteraeon in terms of fly, also don't forget the druid's mud walk spell. I would assume mud walk in addition to hardening the mud beneith the druid's feet, encourages the plants, vines etc to get out of the way as well.

hithe good thing about Android phones is, when you get root access You're unstoppable. From adding the functionality similar to stereo mix on windows, to giving your cheep old phone the benefit of having stereo speakers.personally, I've never had a single problem with the phone app. I'm not sure about all the phones available but mine has Large buttons for Dialing.if you're looking for a powerful phone with a reasonable price Try Nokia Devices. I think all of them are part of Android one. Some of them have this surround audio recording which is called ozo audio And it's awesome

I understand the horrible upload speeds, after all I have worse upload of all lol.As to the server update, what's left right now to be done is sending these files which failed to download, and that people provide me with the links for to the server, the biggest work that's remaining is downloading the files from my sendspace folder to the server of the shows that weren't there on jeffs page. and because they all were are named season 1's 2's renaming and such will need to be done and that isn't going to be small as there are over 475 files in there lol. Next will be making of a website where people can download all this from. once everything is settled, I'll move onto the movies next.Grryf

Not to be a drag or anything, but I can't really find a good answer on this, whats the difference symantically between scripting and triggers? The scratch engine is very similar with drag and drop code blocks not unlike trigger systems in Starcraft and others, like a GUI simplified form of programming. Would it be considered a scripting UI? Simplified scripting? The point being that if there is a form of event triggers, which could be interpreted as a form of scripting, it might be considered a bit disingenuous to say that there's no coding, text handling, or scripting.As for cars, I think thats more a matter of presentation and character handling. For example have a car NPC the player can interact with, if the player "gets in" by, say, selecting a dialog option, replace the player sprite/sounds with the cars and remove the NPC so they can "drive" it places, like on roads where people can't go, or increase their movement speed, etc. For all intents and purposes it will seem like a person is driving, just not in an actual driving mechanics sense.

Does anyone know why this doesn't work? This pisses me off like you wouldn't believe. Apple has deemed this machine obsolete. I can't run modern versions of Windows because they're RAM hungry and I'd most likely have driver issues. I thought this 32-bit distro of Linux was supposed to work, but the damn machine keeps ejecting the disk. I also get the same issue when using the Jenux installer. What's going on? Is it an issue with the UEFI/BIOS? I can't find any solutions to this and it pisses me off that this computer is just sitting around when it works beautifully. All I want to do is use a modern lightweight operating system on it to do some web browsing or turn it into a file server or what ever else. I can't install CloudReady because it's too big to fit on a DVD and won't boot from USB. The only operating systems I can install are outdated versions of OS X and Windows XP.

I don't quite remember oceans always being flat to maintain a bubble atop fairly well.  Though I guess the way to portray this when walking on an ocean is step, step step, oh dear god that wave took out my mv.  Though that does clear up the exact bubble usage for swamp territories being so mv draining even when above the obstacles.  Guess hovering above the ground is too advanced for us mortal plebs.  Practicing to become Rosco, the Russian circus bear running atop it's magical ball is the way of travel  ( i know it's not like that, but for some reason walking atop a force bubble put a picture of a circus bear to my mind).    Though I mean, looking at the game skills itself, I'm just going to assume the levitation spell works like that to avoid deprecating the navigation skills if one could just float over everything without contact.  My memory is faulty but I'm 99% sure that help file was something totally different from what it originally was.  but I mean, there's nothing wrong with organizing through old help files, and establishing a common lore behind all the abilities a player has access to,.  Especially if mechanics change over the years and some of this stuff becomes warranted.      ...Probably an alternative topic to scientific workings of magic systems, having a historical context is just as important, and honestly gives the explanations a point a reference to start off.  There's oddly a lot of games where not even the origins of the spell are described, let alone how it works.  What experiments were done to turn a dart of flame into an exploding fireball.  How many puppies were burnt to eventually bring up the fires of hell in a prayer?  Why did anyone think magic missile was a good idea?    I see some popular games, especially the rp oriented ones, introducing new things into the game with experiments by players, whether through a long series of monitored rp to establish a new spell, or the knowledge being passed down after an epic quest.  I Know Altar Aeon does this with stuff released during events, along with one event ago in Materia Magica, and another set on Tempest Seasons.

who's in?

recently I was informed about a game for sighted people, called fight simulator or something like that. apparently it had really advanced a i and other stuff. who want to do some sort of  thing like that as a group project? sound designers and coders are welcome. I'm thinking bgt for a beta but maybe moving to something else in the future. its a pretty new idea but I think it would be really fun to just watch some randon people zapping at each other. the thing is, I'm not that experienced in sound design or the latter. I couldn't make a half ok ai if I wanted to. so who wants to help?

It isn't the original series, but a Dreamworks reboot that's been a thing for about 2 years that just ended.  Shoudl just be able to click seasons on Netflix, then go to season 1.  But I'll warn you:  The end of the series is very wonky, so idk if you want to put yourself through watching it for a lackluster ending.  I've been an avid fan and have been raging about the series finale since I watched it, the ending has literally pleased none of the fans lol.  But it's up to you to watch it, that's how you get to s1.

Hello there Lemm, karate25 here and I have got to tell you that I am absolutely loving the hek out of this project you're working on here my friend. For ideots like me who can't code their way out of a home security system, this set of tools sounds exactly like something that I'd love to pick up and mess with to build something fun. I'd like to see the ability to be able to gather resources like wood, metal and other things to build buildings Etc and build things like factories and other buildings so that you could build something like an empire building sort of game that would run in real time where you could grow your empire from a small village on up to a thriving kingdom or something similar. These are just thoughts of course but I'm loving what I'm seeing thus far and keep us all posted by all means and I'm going to keep close watch on the videos. Hello,It's really great to see project like this!~I am following you for a while and I am happy you're progressing a lot guys. Regarding controllers? Well, I believe it's something what SHOULD be implemented. More and more gamers are playing using gamepads including me. I was growing up playing console games mostly so controllers are close to my heart and I must say I can't imagine playing games without my gamepad. You should consider adding DXImput.I am interested how complex the games you will be able using this engine. Right now I am thinking about things like day / night cycles and of course events like shops are close at nights. Also what about extra stuff during battles like Summons from Final fantasy 8? Like, loading bar during the turns and after that just autolaunching the summon like a long sequence (for everyone who remembers it from FF)This is something I am missing in every audio RPG: Great battle system, complexity.All the best for the whole team!

Greetings,Just so all of you know, there is an alias system built into starmourn itself. If you type help alias, it will give you some info on that. With it you can make multiple aliases that make things much easier with the game. There is also a targeting system to where you can change to various targets you are killing, and also have an alias set to kill that target with whatever command you see fit to have with it. I don't know, the fly example doesn't seem consistant from when I played last.  If I remember right, certain field penalties still apply, especially the dreaded swamp environments.  However, with the water example there, it displaces the water away so one can walk better over water...  So why not swamp environments as well?  IN fact, wouldn't it be easier to make someone walk in a swamp with levitation rather than the ocean?       I sort of like Lost Souls implementation of magic.  Especially the magi guilds, who tend to have histories, and casting processes that generally explains what you do with certain energies to eventually end up with a certain affect with a spell.  However, this extends outside of the magi guilds, but information on how stuff like empathic charm magic tends to work is less accessible to the playerbase, but still referenced by builders to keep empathic bonds consistant in design.

So, I havent done the space world yet, but I have been running into trouble with the other worlds I haven't completed.I cannot for the life of me get past dangerous frisbees, because I either miss a good one or get zapped by a bad one. The plains are difficult because I cannot get past the bicycle path. One time, I went at full speed and got a 20, but I cannot replicate it. When I did do that, I couldn't find the clocks in the village before I got ran over.And then, there's the volcano. I do not understand Destroy Walking Bombs. How am I supposed to get out of the blast radius and let them explode without dying? I'm very ⠒⠋⠥⠎⠫⠲ My final query is about the Dragon Scales. I always get eaten up by the dragons, and I think I know why I have issues. It's difficult for me to judge how close things are in the top down view, due to the volume. Is there a setting that makes this easier, and do you guys have any tips to make the game less rage-inducing? Thanks!

Hi fellow audiogamers,i'm writing this post in the hopes of getting some help from you, but to understand my current problem, I'll have to describe my current situation first.As some of you might know, Funimation is an Anime streaming service available in Canada and the US, offering loads of english dubbed anime i'd like to watch as well. The problem is that i'm currently living in Germany and Funimation doesn't support watching Anime from outside the US or Canada yet. It wouldn't be any problem to circumvent the geo blocking restrictions here, but you also need an american or canadian PayPal-Account or Credit Card to purchase the online subscription.I'm aware that it is possible to purchase Funimation gift cards as well, which can be redeemed to purchase the Funimation subscription as well, but even those need to be purchased from within the US or Canada.So, if there is anyone currently living in the US or Canada who wants to help me with this problem, you can contact me via PM or email via this forum. I'd be happy to hear from you.Just to be clear, I don't want you to donate anything to me. ⠠⠎⠂ I havent done the space world yet, but I have been running into trouble with the other worlds I haven't completed.I cannot for the life of me get past dangerous frisbees, because I either miss a good one or get zapped by a bad one. The plains are difficult because I cannot get past the bicycle path. One time, I went at full speed and got a 20, but I cannot replicate it. When I did do that, I couldn't find the clocks in the village before I got ran over.And then, there's the volcano. I do not understand the Bomb arena. How am I supposed to get out of the blast radius and let them explode? My final query is about the Dragon Scales. I always get eaten up by the dragons, and I think I know why I have issues. It's difficult for me to judge how close things are in the top down view, due to the volume. Is there a setting that makes this easier, and do you guys have any tips to make the game less rage-inducing? Thanks!

I agree with most people here. The only people this will be effective against is those who don't know how to get around the blocks, and those who don't want to put too much effort into getting around the blocks. Even if you give people school laptops with programs installed to limit what can be viewed, people will always find ways around them if they really want to. Unless you can completely lock down the computer, so the student can't get access to the hardware, can't modify the operating system or any installed programs, or modify critical settings, it's not going to work. Even then, someone will probably eventually find a vulnerability in the security of the system that will let them change whatever they want.TL;DR: Site blocking is futile.

I bought my Series 4 Apple Watch last month, and I'm really enjoying it. It's much more responsive than my 1st gen Watch. I chose to go with the stainless steel model for the extra durability.I would definitely say that you should take a look at what is available for the Apple Watch. Make sure that the apps you want to use are available for the Apple Watch.Apple says that the Series 4 Watch has an S4 processor that is "up to 2x faster than S3". The Series 4 has slightly larger screen sizes, and has ECG functionality built in.

As far as Alter Aeon's fly spell goes, here's the help file.The 'fly' spell allows you to float above the ground. Dark, I am not sure what function you want from GPS. You could ask Siri "Where am I?", but beside from that, unless you want to use Apple Maps, you can't do too much with regard to GPS.Francois, you can't use GPS apps on your watch because they don't have a specific version for the watch. It isn't like how you can run iPhone apps on an iPad. Because the screen of the watch is so much smaller than an iPhone screen, app developers need to actually make apps for the Watch.I would actually think that using a watch in public is safer than using a phone. It is much harder to take someone's watch off their wrist than grabbing a phone out of their hand.

Hi Everyone,Just want to say it’s been fantastic to see how enthusiastic everyone is about the project, so a huge thanks to everyone who has commented or watched the video. Hopefully as the video series is released it will not only show how Sable works but also answer many questions people have about  Sable and what it is capable of. Below as ever I will try and answer some of the questions which have come up: -@number 21, yes we do intend to eventually sell the development tools,  so you’ll be able to build your own games with it, but at the moment our primary focus is on our first two games, which will show what can be achieved using sable and also let us hone the engine at the same time.-@number 22, thanks for all the questions, I’ll try and answer as many as possible below:-Sable does already have event triggers, again these will be shown in more detail in a later video, but there’s lots of things these can do from setting and firing cut scenes, initiating special encounters/battles, completing tasks, giving key items and much more. This is also an area we are constantly adding to as we all feel event triggers can play a big part in making each game feel unique.- as for security I can’t really go into this, but rest assured we are aware of the importance of security  and when sable is eventually released there will be documentation regarding this.- at present no sable does not support multiplayer games  and there is no code in there which would allow you to add driving into your game-regarding achievements and controller support , although these are not currently in sable they are things we are currently discussing.-sounds are obviously a key factor in producing a high quality audio game, we are currently using various techniques to simulate different sounds and are working closely with our sound engineer so we can provide the best audio experience. As to what controls the end user will have, again remember this is a prototype so things could change , but we want to offer as much choice as we can, for example at present sable offers  differing radar systems which the player can use  as we all have different likes and dislikes as to what works well with sounds and how much information we are given.-@number 23,thanks for subscribing to the utube channel and we're really pleased you enjoyed the video. With stairs you could either change the sound for moving between levels of the building, or you could create a middle level, fill it with step sounds for  the floor and then add some walls to create a spiral staircase feel  which would take you from the bottom floor to the top floor. Thank  SLJ and flameAlchemist.Can I ask for more detail about why you feel you didn't get into the G D E so well? the G D E  can run the games for testing so a console isn't really needed although obviously a final test would be best on the console.and to answer your questions:Yes only one game per memory stick, you would have to take multiple memory sticks to hold multiple games. And progress is saved on the memory stick itself. As for TTS then if this is something more people would like then it will try to be included, but obviously for now it will be very low on the priority list as the TTS is now functional where as other features such as the wifi arn't.And to answer FlameAlchemsit, the must always be some form of connecton to the internet to play online, whether this be a wifi connection or a ethernet cable connection. I would suggest using mobile phone tethering to make use of the phone's mobile data connection, and connect to it with the Sonus via wifi, using the phone as a router.I hope this answers your questions. Thank you for the feedback, its exactly what I was looking for. I would love to hear more opinions if possible about people think the sonus could bring to the table that they dont already have.

Hey,The game does not work verry well for me. It seams, that some Controls do not work properly and the game Crashes every time, if I finish a Simulation and want to start an other. That means, I finished a Race in Mission mode, want to start the next, the game Closes. And sometimes The game Drops Errors and crashes while in Combat.

considering I only have like 7 worlds open and am not particularly good even at a lot of games, still always cool when they have a new world.We still need some new board game levels but in any case, minigames entertain me more than the card battle. I think that mode has largely reached what it is capable of and other than a few cards every now and then, perhaps Pragma ought to work on a fourth mode of play for the main game. I don't know what that could be, but card battle is very very fun, but I think has matured as much as it can.that isn't to say I don't get a kick out of card battle, but it is largely complete and there is a good opportunity for either the board games to be expanded or for even something brand new to come up that we don't have anything of on CrazyParty yet.

Steam doesn't stop charging for Digital game downloads after development has stopped either, so my point still holds. And in many cases, digital releasers like the consoles or Steam do not reduce prices either so my point works, even without a cartridge or physical disk.
