Where to go to ask for custom config files for my audio interface?

I have a focusrite scarlet 18i8 and focusrite control isn't really accessible. I have a certain way I want to have it configured but obviously I can't set this up myself. Nothing crazy at all, I just wanna monitor all my ins, and have 2 config files with that setup, one that just plays DAW audio through the monitor How do you guys usually handle stuff like this?utputs on the back, and the other that also plays computer audio through the back along with DAW, just like the headphone amps.Where can I go to get these configured?

Here are some interesting recent figures, and keep in mind that this is just a sample of how stupid this whole thing really is.Over the last two weeks here in PA, hospitalizations have dropped by 150 people. There are 42,800 beds available, about 250 hospitals, and about 8000 ventilators. Yesterday we had about 88000 new positive cases, and, out of all of those, 632 have been hospitalized. Out of the 632 that were hospitalized, 103 are on ventilators. So, if we run some basic math here, and you can do this yourself to double-check based on the figures here, you'll find the following.Out of the roughly 88000 new positive cases, 632 have been hospitalized. When you run the calculation to find out what percentage that is, you find that it comes to about 0.007 percent. Out of the 632 that were hospitalized, 103 of them are on ventilators now. if we take that figure of 103 on ventilators and find out what percent of 88000 that is, we find that it is about 0.001 percent. So, here we have it folks, a perfect example of what I, and many others are saying. We have been made to put up with all of these new regulations that are supposed to protect us, like it's the end of the world or something, and just because a small percentage of people were severely effected by this. there, literally, is nothing to fear from this COVID-19 virus for most of the population. Yes, I agree America could be in a world of trouble here if we don't stop going along with the narrative of fear that the leftists and their sympathizers would like us to accept. This is why I, and many others, refuse to mask up. Also, you don't see the protesters masking up, or when they do they aren't wearing them properly. At the George Floyd funerals the attendees were not masked up and they were not social distancing. Yet, no one said anything about that. So, we have numbers that don't lie, and a bunch of leftist idiots that are perfectly content to continue pushing their false narrative just to get a president out of office that they've hated since the beginning. They do this with no regard to the lives of individuals they are destroying, and with no regard to the businesses they have hurt. Keep in mind here that because of the figures I listed above and in light of the math that I have shown here, we basically have the fourth of July canceled, restaurants have pretty much now been closed down again. All bars closed, and at restaurants that are open you can't even get a beer or a glass of wine simply because we've been told that would spread the virus. Also, keep in mind that this in Pennsylvania, and I am sure that if you looked at other states you would see something very similar. Missouri is in a similar situation right now, Virginia is looking to head the same way if they haven't already done so, and I know that West Virginia is thinking about drinking more of the coo lade too. I hope soon Americans will realize how thoroughly we've been played and make these leftist fools answer for it. Having seen this, if you still wish to obey regulations as you have, then go ahead. However, I am seeing that numbers and regulations don't jive with each other here, so I will personally obey no regulations of any sort. @2 Yup, this is how i did it. Remember the good old days of when I used Audacity and i used the normaliser to bring audio down, and it would just immediately go way down, no fade. lol

Bringing this topic back up, because I have some more questions. I'm loving the m2 so far (purchased that along with the SM58), however I'm not quite sure how loopback is supposed to work. Do I need to toggle it somewhere? Haven't been able to test on my PC much, but sometimes on my Mac, when zero-monitoring is on, the audio changes and comes  sort of in front of me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that all of the required assets, such as sounds, are in the same directory as your executable. They don’t get copied automatically.

Fix the Skype lag, and it is probably the web app with the best interface for screen reader users, like it or not. I will  however say that Discord is most certainly getting there, and I have no reason to hate it. On that side only iOS app needs fixing, and on the Windows app some automatic reading of messages and such.

@boy I actually suspect you are having an entirely different issue with your iPhone. I think what is happening is you are holding your finger too long on a letter, so the new slide to type feature gets activated. While in this mode, swiping across letters will attempt to input a predicted word. That is I assume how you messed up the spelling completely, either that or as Griff said moving the cursor. If it is the former, you should be able to move your rotor to the slide to type option and turn it off, or simply do it by opening your keyboard settings, though in there I think it is called quick path typing.@MyDearWatson I would certainly like to hear touch screen typing coming even close to the speed of a braille keyboard. Many people say this, yet in truth they just aren't so good in braille. I still believe it is impossible to type fast on a touchscreen by just using the on screen keyboard.

On Windows, I started using Unigram the most; WhatsApp Desktop is a total joke, Skype is cluttered and slow, Discord has accessibility issues, and TeamSpeak doesn't work well with NVDA. I have yet to try Zoom on Windows, thogh I think it works better for Jaws users. On the mobile side, I use Signal, WhatsApp, Messenger, and the Messages app.

Okay, gonna stay away from politics.I finished the Nightmare Stacks, and well, it was interesting to read how the military of UK might respond to extra dimensional invasion. (Mainly, all the government agencies moved slowly, outsourcing the communications to India, (A bad idea I say, as an Indian myself!) and slowly weakening army...)At first, I thought that I would be able to resist the allure of the Delirium Brief, but I was wrong. It depends upon the game and the graphics mode involved. A few like terraformers or most recently space wave race have regular graphics (albeit not necessarily high end ones), and could be played by a sighted person without use of audio. others, such as Castaways which Jaiden mentioned, dragon Blind quest village  use static images and highlighted cursor. They don't feature anything like animation, but the basic images are there, albeit that playing without the audio would still miss a lot of game's atmosphere. Also, the images in that case do not really contribute anything beyond atmosphere, and a basic spacial overview to the player.others such as sound rts, Tactical battle, Swamp and shades of doom do employ some visual elements with some moving features which can be of use to a player. Shades of doom and packman talks have black and white representations of basic layout, Eg, what corridor or room a player is currently in. Swamp is probably the most useful for this, since it features a colour coded tyle map, though the tiles can be displayed in grey scale or other methods.Personally, I prefer it when games use visual elements employ colour, since my colour vision is one of the few things about my sight that works, but obviously that varies with sight level. So, there are a range of options really. Personally, I like to have something I can use my vision on with an audiogame, whether just for atmosphere, or for getting an informational overview, so I appreciate it when developers include it, albeit obviously being as these are audiogames, it's not necessary.Hth.

@Jade, I get what you're saying. What I've never understood was why shadow should be weak to poison, but I guess that's more of a game balance thing. Why should shadow be supereffective against standard though?An idea that's been kicking around my brainpan for a while ... why not have type affinities as well as type advantages? For example, Dragomier is a dragon air flame type. Why not have it so that flame and air complement each other; flame needs air and is stronger with it than otherwise, let's say. And since dragons use flame, so having flame have a type affinity to dragon would be interesting. feel free to shoot this one down with a .50-calibre round if it sounds like garbage.

@Camlorn, sometimes if you play undead Asalt, for example, sometimes you can experience truly atrotious lag. Even first opening the client, to joining a map for the 1ST time you will experience lag, or a delay.  However I suspect that the huge delay is probably due to the game loading all files on start up, to reduce lag later on, however sadly even while you're playing on maps you get noticible lag. But its not as bad, or even as  common place than say Blood Storm. With ruftly the same number of people connected, and on the same map at the same time. However Blood Storm does have a way larger map.

I know that lot of you use TW Blue, And I do like to use that software, but I still prefer something which has a graphical UI to show pictures and images. @45Python is fast enough for an FPS.  I don't know why people think it isn't.  Doom runs on the lowest end pocket calculators these days, and ours doesn't even have graphics.  At the upper end of an online game with a hundred players and 50 areas and each player goes to a different area so you have to simulate all 50 areas at once, and you're running astar everywhere--sure, it'll start having problems.  But even Swamp has 5 maps total.  People talk about how Python has speed issues, but no one ever says "here is my game, and I failed because it's slow".  Talking about speed is just this mythical thing that floats around audiogames.net, the only thing that I know of that had speed issues was SoundRTS, and that wasn't Python, it was just replacing lists (which are arrays) with sets because checking if something is in an array of a thousand items is slow no matter the language.  And most people didn't notice, we just fixed it because there was a group of 5 or 6 of us who started playing with literally thousands of units, and once the data structures were swapped it went from unplayably laggy to lag-free.Size of the app doesn't matter, because size of the sounds dominates anything else for any reasonably sized game.C# can be as easily decompiled as Python.  You don't quite get the same level of "here is your actual source code" out of it, but the .net framework uses an intermediate language that's much higher level than assembly.  I think there's tooling to go all the way to native code, but if you don't you can actually even introspect the classes in the executable, recover attribute names, etc., it's not that hard.  System.reflection exists, in other words, which means that if you don't go out of your way you're shipping a database of every type in your program sufficient to be called dynamically with not that much work.  Your encrypted sound database that uses in memory streams etc etc etc? Hold my beer.C# is fine as far as it goes. I won't use it because I was programming in 2010 and I refuse to get shafted if an IDE goes inaccessible on me, but in general use whatever you like.  But the reasons you're saying you chose it for don't matter much either way, and you're gaining much less security than you think you are.

I don't think anyone out here's come and outright bashed the game or even the devs.  the most we've done is voiced opinions that are going to be seen as negative, but they certainly couldn't be taken as destructive criticism.  It's not like we're going out of our way to say this is a pile of donkey droppings with no possibility of redemption and it should just be squashed out of existence!  In fact, we're saying quite the opposite, which is that we're like the idea, like the concepts, like the general mechanics and, we're concerned that there isn't enough vision and clear management and sense of direction right now where the project is concerned and, that being the case it will more than likely implode on itself and we don't want that to happen!

Thanks for answering my question about playing via the keyboard. I've just purchased Alt-Frequencies, Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3, Ultra Street Fighter IV, and Killer Instinct along with its soundtrack. I would've loved to have bought Mortal Kombat 11, but that'll have to wait for another time.UMVC 3 and USF (as I'll call them) are great, but I'm still trying to figure out the keyboard layout in Killer Instinct. I don't have sighted assistance at the moment, but somehow managed to win a couple fights in the arcade mode. Is there a complete list of the commands available? Hi, Let me address a few things here, I will not even talk about the blatent apple hate or hate for IOS that some people seem to have, and how much android access is touted to be just as good if not better than IOS. I ought to know, considering I am sitting with a samsung atm, having sold my IPhone away for financial reasons. and I so wish I hadn't, or at least gotten even an IPhone SE older moddle if not the IPhone 6. Oh well, I'll stick it out. but here goes. 1. Boy, what I suspect you are doing is or did in that instence was to have moved the curser from the end to either the middle or to the start. This isn't easily done by mistake, but can happen if you are not used to touch screen and are just getting used to it2. By reading your posts, looks like android is a platform you are leaning towards, and as you state in your first post, on IOS writing took you 15 minutes, where as on android you did the same thing in just a few minutes. In that case, My suggestion would be to go with what your mind/ heart suggests and that is go with an android, because after all it will be you spending the money and will be you who would be using the device after that, so it is best I find to go with what you want in such cases.However,3. The writing and touch experience on android Sucks to degrees I can not describe, and no, I am no apple fan boy, but only speak from the experience of having owned several Current as well as old android and apple IOS devices. So if you are having issues with IOS screen touch and typing in general, be prepared to deal with even worse on Android. As for what Samsung to go for, anything in the S series would be good to go for, if android is what you have your heart set on, but then there are the one plus and the google pixul series as well. If you are considering an Apple IOS IPhone, Anything at all or at least in my opinion anything that you can aford would be far far better.the XR or the new SE 2020 would be good bargains, although september is just around the corner in case you want to wait for the 12 and see what it brings and go for it or the other devices that recieve price drops after the 12 comes out.Cheers

Hi, a small problem issue with the mod to report. @Wensber, whenever playing a card that requires choosing of the cards such as armorment (gain 5 block and upgrade 1 card), the choice would work fine up to selecting the card from the deck, but after that the choice would be to confirm, and writing that in wouldn't do anything, and I would need to end the turn to get passed that. Same for the empty cage relic, I would be able to select 1 or 2 for example, but after the card was selected, I couldn't discard them, needed sighted help to get passed that point.  That said, I have been playing the spire with ironclad, and managed to defeat the boss on the 15th floor and have moved on to the second spire! hurrah! Lets see how long I last...Thank you brad, I don't know what the error was, but my log for the mod kept on updating with help for the tip something something would no longer be shown. so much so that I couldn't ctrl home and read the log's start Anyway, it seems to be working fine now, though.Grryf

Can't say about video, audio ducking is technically called side chaining. You need ReaComp on the track you want to have ducked, and you will want to hit I to make the track 4 channels in instead of 2. Once that's done, go to the second track, this one is the modulator because it's modulating the compressor. Hit I on that one and go to sends, make sure to not just arrow down but alt down then down arrow to the first track and hit enter. You do it this way because if you just arrow to it, and your project had more than two tracks, you'd be creating a send to each one of those; which isn't what you want. Now Where it says something about send to track bla, 4 channels delete, hit app key on that and go to audio channels, then send to 3/4. This is the second set of inputs, which is what you want, because you don't want the audio to literally show up on the compressor track.Now you go back up to that and configure the compressor. Thresh about -30, probably no more than 4 on the ratio, attack and release you'll have to mess with until you find the way you like. No make up gain, and minimal RMS.

I would actually hesitate to even try to host this kind of thing myself.  I can't go into the details of the story but suffice it to say getting bandwidth-related stuff wrong with audio files is a good way to waste thousands of dollars, and the story I have was much more than that.  You could go Cloudflare, but this kind of thing also gets Cloudflare knocking on your metaphorical door asking for money as well.My objection to Dropbox is that you can't host it that way for the reasons they're now discovering, but I understand why they tried to get away with it.

If you got it late in the game, did you get it tonics to make sure it has proper train points, and did you apply those train points primarily to attack? What does the stat checker say about its physical attack?Fiendour was never an attacking monster. It has always had only decent attack with good defenses and plenty of HP, giving it a lot of sticking power. If you stack it up next to something like Skeletone, Maustadon or even Bombusect, in raw damage, it will probably lose out.

Shadow is only currently effective against magic and ghost, and is weak to fighting, insect, holy and poison. It's kind of unbalanced a little bit that way.The idea of shadow and holy being able to hurt each other a lot...well, if you consider them similar to light and dark, then it makes sense that they're constantly at war and would be able to influence or hurt one another. It doesn't make sense that holy should have the advantage here, and shadow should get the short end of the stick. I'd also like to see shadow stop being super-effective against ghost (only neutral), and be super-effective against standard, believe it or not.

Hi,I have a sight-related question but I'm not sure there are some sighted people in here. I've read somewhere on this forum that few audiogames display some simplified graphics (Shades of Doom, Castaways, Lunimals and others). I find this realy admirable and would like to investigate more for my bachelory thesis. What do the games display? Is it just a black white grid with moving dots corresponding to positions of NPCs and game objects? How much differ Shades of Doom and games from Aprone?
