Elequence and commentary screen reader Hi everyone. I'm back with the question regarding commentary screen reader. I've noticed that when I use the elequence with this screen reader, it sounds like it is being compressed. You know what I mean? I don't know how to explain it but it's not the normal elequence that I hear everytime that I use talk back. I mean, when it speaks something it's not like the whole sound of the elequence. Is there a settings for this to be disabled? I am using samsung phone. Problem using synchronous audio router
Problem using synchronous audio router Hello everyone. I don't know if anyone of you is familiar with synchronous audio router. But I am having a problem using it.Here's my way of setting it up.I went to reaper preferences and select synchronous audio router as my asio and I configure some settings. Now I setup 2 devices. Playback device which I named team talk and a recording device which I also named team talk. and I use focusrite scarlett 2i4 as my hardware because it is what I'm using. Now in the applications tab, I added team talk. And I press okay. Now I restarted reaper and went in preferences and same thing, SAR as my asio driver and chose the focusrite input which is the first input or input1 and the last is the one that I created which is the team talk. And same as in the output. So in short, I chose the first and the last input same as in the output. Now I press okay. And I make the master track visible and press the alt+application and I am pressing down arrow to look for the inputs that I created but couldn't find it. Anyone have a clue? When I open command promp through run as admin and after clicking yes, NVDA doesn't say anything. But when I press NVDA T to say title, it says administrator, command promp. But when I type a command and press enter to exicute it, NVDA doesn't say anything but sighted people can see changes. Running reaper as an admin Hi guys. I have encountered a strange issue. Maybe I mess somethingwith my computer. When I run reaper as admin, what happen is it scansfor VST plugin and I have to set it up again and when I run it as anadmin osara is not installed. I've tried running it as an admin beforewhen I'm finding a solution to synchronous audio router and everythingworks fine. I mean when I am not running as an admin I have all my reaper settings save right? Same as when running as an admin before. But now when I run as an admin everything is different. Commentary screen reader Hey guys. I bought a new phone and through the years I only used talk back. But now I don't know when I type messages, I noticed that it responds slowly. Like when you tap some letters I noticed some milliseconds on it before the screen reader say the letters. Compared when I was still using j5 prime the typing runs smoothly.But in navigation it's alright. And Now that I've switch to commentary screen reader, things are different. For those who use audacity Hi. I've been doing experiment for another software. You got it right! Audacity. It is required for the training session that I attended. So my question is, how do you lower down the volume of a music track using adjustable faid? I am doing a time selection in which the music start lowering it's volume when the voiceover starts to speak. But after I added the adjustable faid it's faiding but after the time selection past, the volume of the music track is back to its original volume while the speech is ongoing. How to do it? Laptop batteries Hi guys. I have a question regarding laptop batteries. But let me give you a scenario. What happened after my laptop reaches 100%, when I go to notifications area it says..."Fully charged, 100%." What I want to happen is when it reaches 100%, I want my laptop plugged-in but not charging so that it will just use the power supply, not the battery itself. Because my indication when it is using the power supply directly, it will just say, the % of the battery then plugged-in, not charging. That label there. How's that possible? I want to use the power supply because I don't what to charge and after completing the charging process I'm gonna remove the power supply again? But the thing is, I also don't want to overcharge my battery. I am using Asus laptop X507UB, windows 10 64-bit processor. So what can you say about this? routing audio interface to team talk with reaper Hi. I wonder if is it possible to rout my audio interface with asio using reaper? Like I want to speak in the microphone and team talk captures it and whatever I do in reaper like playing some audio files, putting effects, or even putting a limiter that is going to team talk so that I won't clip. Is it possible? And at the same time, the audio that I hear from team talk will go to the audio interface. So I can hear the other party on my interface. I am using focusrite 2i4. Installing addictive drums v1.53 and configuring it on reaper Hi . I have downloaded addictive drums V1.53 and extract the iso file. I copied the folder of the installer paste it in c:\program files\reaper\plugins. And after that, click the setup and I check the box that says vst check box not check. I copied addictive drums.dll and paste it to c:\program files\reaper\plugins. And I click AD_Library_Placer.exe. Now I open reaper and go to preferences and plugins and vst and rescan, but when I go to virtual instruments, addictive drums doesn't show up. Anything I haven't done correctly?Now here's the instructions. I'll just post it here because I also have a question.INSTALLATION: • You need a virtual drive to mount or burn the ISO file. • Burn or mount the image. • You should install the library at first. • Uninstall previous versions. • Install the Setup • That's it! Done.That part that it says you should install the library at first, I can't find a setup for the library. Because the only thing that I found in the installer folder is the info, the addictive drums that contains factory maps, factory presets, etc, but no setup for the library. But there's a thing called setup.exe. That's what I click to install addictive drums but as what I've said it's not working. Any help will be appreciated. Best regards. I have installed the drivers correctly and currently using windows 7 32bit. but it is clearly written in the manual that after installing the driver, plug your Scarlett and set your default playback device as the focusrite Scarlett and same as in default recording device. Now my question is, How am I able to hear my screen reader? Does that mean that i have to plug my headphones to the focusrite so that I can navigate the computer?I think, that would be all for now. audio interface Hi everyone. I am in need of advice regarding the audio interface that I'd like to buy. I plan to buy focusrite scarlett but I don't know which one. Is it 2I2 or 2I4? I check some of the differences of the 2 versions of focusrite but there are some things that I don't understand. Like for instance, you can blend 2signals in 2I4. O and before I forgot, I know why is the first one called 2I2 because it has 2 in and out. How about in 2I4? I was thinking that that one has 2input and 4output? some thoughts about a software Hey guys. i just want to express what about I feel. And this is all about reaper. I tried to explore the software but reaper is not that accessible for us visually impaired. but i believe that there's another way to use it. my problem is, I won't know if that track is armed for recording or not because my screen reader won't say anything. I have created a shortcut key to toggle armed track for recording. I have created and used this command, Shift+a to arm the track. And i also want to monitor everything that I record but i can't find it. yeah, reaper is awesome but maybe I'll just explore until I discover something.frown emoticonhow i wish, there's an nvdA add-on for this software but I know it's not enough but at least the screen reader will say something. I really want to switch to that software because I'm planning to buy focusrite scarlett 2i2 because i want something new. In that way, I can have better recording, crea te more ideas and most of all, sound like a professional musician even if it's just a home recording studio. My heading is at news feed, what i want is to press ctrl+home to go to the line were the curser says facebook. Also in microsoft word, when you write a text and you want to go to the first letter on that Curser by pressing the home key. And i can say that jaws is good in that thing. Ok now i've done the whole thing. I download this software and it automatically scanned my computer and remove all malware. So what happened is i've read the log and i found out this one. I have problems with my computer
I have problems with my computer Greetings to all of us here. I Really need some help about my computer. I'm having problems with my computer. I can't open regedit and task manager. First i've tried to enable the registry editor and search around on the internet on how to do it. I tried different steps but still I can't figured it out. Here are the steps that used to enable registry. Enable Registry Editor using the Group Policy Editor1. Click on Start. Go to Run. Users running Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 or Vista, go to Search.2. Type gpedit.msc and press Enter. 3. Navigate to User Configuration/ Administrative Templates / System.4. In the work area, double click on "Prevent Access to registry editing tools".5. In the popup window, encircle Disabled and click on OK.6. Normally, Registry Editor will be immediately accessible. If it is not, restart your PC. I can't do the step 4 because i can't find the "Prevent Acc ess to registry editing tools". So what i did, i skip that way. Another steps. Enable Regedit by simply running a CMD Command 1. Open Notepad.2. Copy the code given below and paste it.reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /t Reg_dword /v DisableRegistryTools /f /d 03. Save the file as EnableRegistry.bat. Run this file as Administrator if you use Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista. In Windows XP, simply open the file. CMD will flash for a second and then disappear. This indicates successful execution.4. Log Off and Log Back On. I restarted my computer but after did that thing, I tried to open the regedit but still won't work. Visual Basic Script to Enable/ Disable Registry EditorDoug Knox has created a VBS Script which allows users to easily enable and disable the Registry Editor. Just download regedit tools.zip, extract the VBS file and double cli ck on it. This script reverses the current state of the Registry Editor. If registry editing is set to enabled, this script will disable it and if it is disabled, it will enable it. I also tried this thing. But after i click the file, and disabled the scrip. And I did the same thing. But still won't work. Another problem is, after i turned my computer on, A dialog box will appear. Can not find script file "C:\Users\FAELNAR\AppData\Local\Microsoft\CD Burning\dekstop.ini". As what i've remember, I installed super antispyware and scan my computer and there are threats found. So what i did is i remove those threats. The last dialog box is, Loading script "C:\Windows\:Microsoft Office Update for Windows XP.sys" failed (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. And I have no idea what's this all about. Ok guys i think that's all and please comment below. Thanks and regards. And i'm currrently using an ybanez Gu. I don't know what is the exam model because this is just a secondhand. I have also one floyd roze guitar but I don't use it too much because when i dive bomb it goes out of tune. Wish I could buy an original one this is the only thing that is not secondhand. Multi effects processor. I currently use zoom G7.1 UT. But i haven't figured out the settings because I missplace my printed manual. Note, this is also a secondhand. Amps. I'm using marshall MG15fx amp and this is not secondhand, i bought it through my savings. Has any of you tried using zoom multyple effects processor here? thanks. I have a suggestion asult freak improving your speed. You need to learn a song but it is not necessary metal or some songs that has a fast guitar licks. You can check out Paul Gilbert's solo and i r ecommend you to listen this songs, I cannot tell a lie or I still have that other girl. It is cool. You can also listen to Guthrie Govan's emotive balad. And in my case, i'm improving my speed in a way of playing what's inside my head. I just create guitar licks. My favorite technique is string skipping but i still have to practice because i'm having difficulty playing it. I am not a fun of exercises. I just play what's inside my head, learn some stuffs, or listen to a guitar demonstrations.
