Everything takes money, they need to pay their rent It's not because they didn't get every cent, kickstarter doesn't work like that. If you don't reach 100% of the goal, you don't get a penny. So of the £8000 pledged, they received £0.It was going to cost much more to make than the kickstarter would have earned, and they had other investors interested. But from the sounds of it their other investors used the kickstarter as a barometer, and would not give them any funding as they viewed the kickstarter fail as evidence that there was insufficient demand for audio games for it to be a profitable investment.

Hi Aaron.No I wasn't 100% sure but I remember them making updates then all of a sudden they said they didn't get enough money so no more 3 monkeys. I wish it wasn't so but I guess it's all over. It's too bad they made it sound really good. I never did care for the name though it didn't sound serious. What I can't figure out is they said they needed a whole lot of money to make things possible but they didn't get it so they just give up. Just because they didn't get every cent? And if it's impossible for them to make the game without the money how could something like shadow rine be made without all the fuss?

Hi IanHamilton.Well I don't know of any developers from the  UK. spacifically but I don't think where a developer is from should matter. We have developers from all around the globe and most make really good games. And yes to answer your question 3 monkeys I'm pretty sure is gone. They had a kicktarter project and didn't make enough money so they just threw out the entire project. As for somethin else I'm not sure they said they were taking their games off the appstore but last time I looked they were still there.Hth.
