Re: Injustice 2, equipping gear and armor? It's actually very doable from what I've found. put the game in windowed mode if you haven't already. You'll see strength, defense, hp and ability I think on top as I'm sure you already have. Some gear will have multiple numbers down the bottom, and you can usually tell either due to where the numbers are in the list, or the prefixes around the gear. for example, destructive for strength increase. I do admit it's not perfect and doesn't always work, but it's perfectly usable and I pretty much always know what I'm putting on. Comparing is similar, most of the time you'll be able to tell if stuff you look at is worse than what you have.Augments and effects will also be listed, so you'll always know what you're getting.I honestly love this game so much more than MK11 in this regard, as we're not unable to access any of it such as the krypt, plus you get rewards randomly as well as after tower completion. Really makes me want to play that little bit more and see what I find. I deactivated some graphical features like vSync and stuff like that to increase performance, this may have interfeared with it, I'll see if activating certain options brings any improovement.Thanks for uploading the file, i really don't know how to navigate google dox, it's sorta strange.Do you also know by accident where I can get a list of combos and special moves? I checked on gamefaqs, but next to the quite awesome story script, the only movelist is not even complete and mostly consists of phrame data, which is an interesting read on it's own, but doesn't really tell me anything new.I see that some of the characters like Batman play mostly like their versions in Injustice, gods among us, but I suppose everyone has some new comnbos and getting up to speed would be a good idea, if not for the stories, then for the multiverse missions and increasing difficulty.Greetigns Moritz. Re: Injustice 2, equipping gear and armor? well for moves, I'd recommend a combination of eventhubs, as they have all of them listed, apart from extra abilities, plus a site called mk komplete.search mk komplete moves or similar and it should come up. they are missing a few combo strings for a couple characters, but most is there. For abilities, when you get one, you can go into one of tha ability slots and put it on from there. the top option I believe is always no ability, so you don't get stuck with one you might not want after trying it.So when you go into a character in character customisation, you've got a choice of loadout. click on one, and you've got these:head, body, arms, leg and accessary, followed by ability slot one, slot two and finally, shader. The Shader is also doable as they all ahve names, and it's where you'll find the premeer skins like john Stuart and the like.I'm finding gear names read out a lot better when equipping them on here. you'll start off on your currently equipped piece, then go down to choose the one you want. you'll have the name, followed by str/ability/defense/health. Then you'll have the number stats assuming they read, followed by any useful effects the gear will have.I should also mention that the first set of numbers you'll see, are the same as on the char select screen, that being your characters current stats. So you can always tell when putting on a piece how it affects them.I hope this all makes some kind of sense.One more thing, always sell stuff you don't want.To do this, click the left bumper or q on the keyboard if you like when on character customisation. you can also jump straight to your inventory from a loadout itself, and you can't sell stuff you've already got on.press X to highlight something, then I believe start or backspace to sell it. Hi,that's exactly it, however you make them up yourself, so can choose what you want to do with them. there are also two AI loadouts at the bottom which you can also customise.Really getting back into this game now and the collecting is super addicting. One thing just in case you didn't already know, when you open a box, you'll know whether you get something rare or epic due to the different sound it makes. Also be sure to do the tutorials. they're worth it.I've just played some MK11 and come back to this game yesterday. I can say without a doubt that this system is far more rewarding and fun for me. I can't stand the supposed progression system in that game. You get nothing unless you complete a tower or open a krypt chest, and sometimes you get bugger all for those. I love mortal kombat a lot, but this really bugs me and I can't understand how they made the rewarding if flawed system from their previous game much worse. It's a shame because I really want to play more, but as soon as I start it's like the game is discouraging me from continuing. Hi.At DanC lol yeah I agree, that hole collecting stuff is more adicting than it should be, you always gotta wonder what's hidden in that next mother box.I noticed the different sounds for the normal, diamond and other boxes, pritty need to see what you might have got.The OCR is still a problem for me, often the values are all over the place and sometimes they don't even show. It's a bit of a mess, but I suppose it could work somehow.I did manage to reequip certain items, I'm now trying to rustle up some equipment for batman because that's who I mostly play as at the moment.I agree about the MK 11 grind, and often you have augments with a certain symbol where you need a certain other item for it to work, yeah, it's a slow drag.Greetings Moritz. I should clarify the box sounds. if you get just common items, or stuff you don't really need unless you're super low level, you open the box and hear this low rumming sort of soundif you get a rare item or two, you hear a higher pitch sound, and for epics it's like a kind of crashendo. I'm not sure what to suggest regarding your OCR. Maybe I'm just used to thingg? Either way If for instance stats don't read, you can usually get them to on the inventory tab or just by looking at your stats afterwards. plus the price always reads, so that's useful to go on if nothing else.I've just gotten two abilities today as well, though one I will probably never use. When i click on one, I'm in the list of loadouts, don't know how many there are and how many items this menu has.When I click on o one of the loadouts, I get the menu you described, so head, torso and the like, and in that menu I ahave the items.Is this the inventory screen you mean?I do like the excel sheet you send me, it would be awesome if this would contain all the items that are in the game, but I think that would be a bit to much .I'm currently on the tutorial, sadly my gamepad went out of powers so I have to hop by the store today after work and get some new batteries for the thing.Greetings Moritz.Greetings Moritz. Hi,the inventory screen is where you go to sell anything you don't want. when you go into a character's equipment view, press the left bumper or q to get into it. then highlight stuff, and click start/backspace to sell it. You can go straight to the inventory screen from the character customisation screen, but I find it easier to do it the other way. Hi.Oh that you mean by inventory, ok, lost in translation there because the german version calls a totally different screen inventory, now I see what you mean .I finally think I found out how to best read stuff on the equipment page, although I ddon't always see all stats, it sorta works fine for now.Do you actually have some tips for blocking and defending? I was playing a multiverse mode and I think it was against doctor fate, and I had zero chance against this guy. He was constantly spamming range attacks which I couldn't block and all the moves I did, like batmans straight grapple, he simply went through that one, I didn't get to win against the guy.Greetings Moritz. Hi.So, after playing through the storie and completing the bad ending (guess I need to play the hole thing again to get the other ending) I did play with some characters that I quite like, mainly Batman Wonderwoman, blue beatle and supergirl.I now actually get how the equipment screen looks and how to equip stuff, sometimes it still doesn't tell me what values change, but most of the time OCR does.the inventory screen is the one still giving me headaches abit, I suppose you mark and unmark items with the x button. Thing is, when I do that and and hit start to sell, i get a little overview with the stuff I want to sell, but it always has items selected that i didn't select or has more items selected than it should have.I need to figure this out again I guess.Greetings Moritz.
