Seems a bit of a lost opportunity. You're a hunter killing all these animals trying to eat you, but you're eating fruits and such instead of butchering the animals and using their resources for survival. Sinues to make bowstrings. Flesh to eat. Pelts to wear. Bones to make knife handles and other implements. The horns of applicable beasts to make improved composite bows, etc. It just reminds me of the waste that used to have when hunters would get buffalo by chasing entire herds off of cliffs, then only harvest what they could carry, leaving behind massive piles of flesh to rot and go to waste, the starkest example of human inequity. I know that's not what you're aiming for, but you might consider turning the corpses into resources if you haven't already. Even better, consider a nutrition system where you need to balance vitamin intake. Remember, people who ate only meat died of scurvey. People who eat only fruits and vegetables have iron and calcium deficiencies. The list goes on.Kai

I know that, but apple have cut suport intirely for 32bit apps. That also aplys to non appstore apps. Ifile is a perfect example of that. It used to be the best cydia file manager, but now it will not install due to it beeing 32bit.

JAWS has better braille support, but I have been having stability issues lately.I recently startted using Notepad++ again for writing Markdown, and JAWS has been crashing a lot. JAWS has been hanging up a lot in Firefox as well. If this keeps up, I won’t be renewing my license next year.

Personally I've always found exercise works better for me, and especially with zombies run which is very helpful for getting  me to do more in daily routines without getting super board. If I do 15 minutes of various weights a day, plus a 20-25 minute sprint on the trampoline, I always tend to lose a lot of weight and put on muscles quite quickly, despite having to eat slightly more to compensate.Then again, one fitness instructor I know once told me when I exercise I tend to do it harder than most.I'll also say, there are changes you can make food wise without necessarily going over board and living on carrot sticks. For example, one of my vices is chocolate, but if I reserve myself to high coco, low sugar chocolate for most of the time that works. Similarly, when buying bread, buy granary or wholemeal rather than white, and if you want things like burgers, grill them at home rather than fry them, indeed most of the stuff my lady and I  have tends to be grilled.

The absolute best antipiracy measure was in Game Dev Tycoon, a game where you have to manage game development and marketing. The cracked version is almost unplayable because pirates steal your games all the time and your game studio gets bankrupt. The irony was gold when hundreds of angry players reported the game to be unplayable because of pirates.

Right now, this is still very arcady, there's a lot of stuff going on at once so the last thing you'll worry about is a balanced diet. mainstream survival games can get away with features like that because danger isn't always present, examples are the long dark or ark survival.Now come some suggestions of my own.1: Instead of safe zone and fire being in a fixed position, you could do the following:If the player wants to light the fire, the fire will be lit at the position the player is at. In a small radius around the fire, animals will not attack. They may get close to you, see the fire, and then retreat again. Or sometimes they will try to get at you regardless and you can try to loor them into the fire like you could in peralous hearts  . But you would have to put wood into the fire sometimes. If you don't, the fire gets smaller which decreases the protection radius, and eventually it will go out completely.2: How about having some smaller, non threatening animals around? The predators would go for you, but sometimes just chase down those animals instead, but you could also kill them. They wouldn't give as much meat, at least the smaller ones wouldn't.3: Right now it's pretty difficult to aim at an animal since the panning isn't the most concise when it's close to the center. A targeting beep (with a toggle for those that don't want it) that tells you when you're lined up would help a lot, especially since the bow fires slowly.

Reluctantly I'll have to agree with post 2.  I've tested NVDA support for various displays over the years and haven't seen much in the way of groundbreaking improvement here.  JAWS still takes grand prize; it might arguably said that JFW can beat out Voiceover in this department, though admitedly I haven't tested those waters.You have to remember though that JAWS has been doing this for a little over 30 years though, which means they have had the time required to establish themselves in this market.  Also, remember that Blazie Engineering who established themselves as a leader in notetaking devices that had braille displays and the like partnered up with them, along with Arkenstone, forming Freedom Scientific.  That in essence put them ahead, since FS was able to manufacture its own braille displays.

The problem is when people describe Doctor who as "just the tv show", your missing out on not only most of the show's history, but also on a lot more that has been done outside that.Remember, Doctor who has been going since 1963, and even more than Startrek, has changed over the years quite a bit. New Who on tv has had it's idiotic moments, but there are certainly some aspects of new who that are uniquely it's own and don't belong to other encarnations of the show, for example obsessive love for the doctor is rare, and back in the 63-89 show he rarely if ever saved the entire universe, often plots were small scale in the extreme, like one monster terrifying people in an enclosed location.In the audios, they have even been able to get away with things that the show really couldn't do, either because of time constraints or adult logic, for example, one trilogy of adventures involve the first doctor picking up a gay assistant back in 1966 when being gay was literally illegal, other stories revisit characters from the past and see what's happened to them in the mean time. Heck, a recent series of brilliant, if down right disturbing audios have been the war master stories, which involve what the master did during the time war, some of which are so bloody twistedd, dark and nightmarish it beggars belief. There are several Whovians I've met who utterly repudiate any and all recent Tv doctor who, and just continue with the big finish audios. I wouldn't go that far, and I thought season 11 had a few nice points, at least compared to seasons 6-10, but it is true that most of the better Doctor who I've run into recently hasn't been on TV, and whilst I do have favourite episodes of new who, the satan pitt and turn left for example, there are a lot more really good audios or bits of original doctor who kicking around. Then again, I'll freely admit I'm biased. I have been a whovian ever since the age of five when i read the novelizations of the three doctors, the lock ness monster aand Carnival of monsters. I even had a sort of life changing experience when I found a life sized mock up Tardis in a hospital display after losing most of my vision at age seven. I've also watched, if not literally all the classic who stories, certainly a fair few of them, so i'm hardly going to be absolutely objective on the subject, indeed whilst I enjoy both Startrek and Starwars, Doctor Who, and the works of JRR Tolkien, are the two things I consider myself an actul, card carrying fanboy of.

You'd still be able to fire, but if animals came close enough to the fire, the flames would hit them and they'd die. Something of that nature.I am also thinking about implementing smaller animals, but due to some sound preloading issues, that will have to hold.

It doesn't look like NVDA gives you the ability to switch between structured and line mode even with the add-on.From what I remember a year or two ago, it also had translation issues using UEB (but honestly the Braille support in NVDA was so bad back then I gave up entirely on it and never looked back.) In JAWS you can also configure what types of messages you see on your display which again the add-on doesn't indicate you can configure. For example, I switch off message announcements with my display in JAWS.You can also customize what you see for each control type in JAWS which the add-on doesn't indicate it supports. These might seem like minor features to some but for others who use Braille regularly they're pretty important.It could be that I need to give NVDA Braille another chance since NVAccess decided to actually start paying attention to Braille users but first impressions are pretty powerful, especially when you've got a tool that already works really, really well and you don't have the patience to wait for others to catch up.

@20, no sighted people don't use twBlue. The point with  the content preview is that when you share a link through twBlue, people using the default Twitter client or Website do not see a content preview for  the given link. For some reason the content preview gets stripped. So, if you want to preserve content previews when sharing links, you should post tweets through  through their web client.

@Gaki_shonen, No obligations. If this is legal go for it.About Build to Scale for RHF, you're building widgets and I think putting parts into place. Basically, as far as audio cues are concerned, you have four stereo spots ranging from the left to the right (that is: far left, left, right and far right). You have to press a on when the right audio cue is about to play. There is also a sound to represent you have to press a and b on the next beat. It may sound a little confusing. You can search up any gameplay of Build to Scale Rhythm Heaven Fever or I could record me playing the game to try and help you out.Nice tutorial. I hope there's a way to implement different tutorial music than the actual level like RH.Oh, and why are you excluding Megamix just out of interest?HTH

Hah,Found that, did you?  I have been involved with making FreeCodeCamp accessible for the last few years. I'm even mentioned in one of the tasks currently, although they do intend to overhaul the curriculum soon to make it more project-based.So, they mostly teach HTML, CSS and _javascript_, with recently Python as well. I wasn't aware they taught PHP but I might just have missed it.Where a lot of websites use CodeMirror or it's derivatives for the interactive code editor, Codecademy comes to mind, FreeCodeCamp now uses the Monaco editor, which is theeditor component of Visual Studio Code. I've been working with that team as well to make the editor accessible and even though it's still a work in progress, it's miles ahead of any other Windows-based editor in my opinion, although using NVDA is highly recommended for now.Also ...I don't mean to bash Codecademy, they are working on making their stuff more accessible and once that happens I would totally recommend them as a resource, as well. I should go see how that is going actually Zersiax

"tunmi13, this is fantastic! your best game so far definitely, and a great experience. One thing I find a little odd, is that I had several games where I died of hunger due to not enough trees spawning and no way of building the fire, which was strange, once I built the fire this stopped that from happening, but there is still a severe lack of trees to say this is the forest . More trees would be nice, especially since other than skulking buy the safe zone, trees are the only way of recovering health. Now, suggestions time: 1: I like the suggestion to do away with the safe zone and make the fire a more permenant item, however it'd be cool to then let you build other things, for example, a cabin to increase health recovery rates, maybe improved arrows for the bow or the like. You might also consider changing the way some resources work in the game to give the player more the feeling that they're in the forest. For example, if you increase number of trees, have the player gather wood from trees by walking up to them and hitting space, and maybe have bushes the player can gather grass from, this would also let the player build items too, EG an axe to get you more wood at once, a gathering basket to get you more grass, maybe a water bottle to let you drink faster and recover more thirst. if wood and grass were more easily obtainable in the game, you could also consider making the cooking require those items too, after all you'd need wood to keep the fire going and to maybe make meet skewers. It also seems a little odd to me that all the animals you kill and cook are predatory ones, since usually people don't eat meet from carnivores as it tastes worse and provides less bennifit. It'd be nice if you actually had to hunt and kill meet animals like birds and maybe wild pigs, though if you ever add leather as a resource in the game, it'd be cool to add leather armour and maybe weapons like sling stones or bolas.Speaking of animals, would it be possible to increase the volume of animal footsteps? At the moment killing from a distance with a bow is rather hard, since I don't tend to know animals are there, indeed the best use I find for the bows shooting in front of me when I'm running in one direction getting an item, though I've not managed to unlock the binoculars yet.Personally, I really look forward to seeing where this goes, and hope lots of updates and cool stuff to build gets added into the game, indeed it'd be really awesome if the ending actually required building some special items, thus getting you to make stuff. All in all though, great game. "Dungeon diver, yes, windows defender is having problems at the moment with BGT projects. Previously making exceptions folders was enough, but I've noticed recently with some projects chrome even refuses to download unless you turn real time protection off, and then turn it back on again.

That is kind of sad when I heard that they aren’t even making an effort to make them accessible anymore, despite the very positive feedback everyone gave it, but I did find some Amazon Alexa games that scratch a particular itch that star traders head, but they didn’t do it like star traders. What I mean by that is, you can go on missions and trade in those games, but it is all random. In star traders, you had complete control over where you went and what you did, and the best part is, you could capture other ships to use in your arsenal if you wanted to. That is not to say that those other Alexa games aren’t any good. They are fun and addicting, but star traders did it the best. New horizons is also great, incorporating space invaders style combat in order to blow things up and get loot to sell, and it even has the trading mechanic, but it is still missing the ability to capture ships if you so desired.

A lot of companies do that. There was a superman game a while back (not accessible) that the developers themselves made it so yo ucan't glide with the cape in the cracked version, so when people posted like, uh wtf? Everyone knew what they did. And that, appears to also be what's happening here lmfao. Jaws cracks actually do a similar thing apparently although I'm not sure if that's on purpose or not. Apparently in some cracked JAWS versions, syntilla gadgets won't read, and other such things in different cracked version.

Okay I've now built the revolver, and I can say with the way weapons work, the revolver is just too good. It seems, all weapons, and indeed animals do damage on a radius around you, that means you don't really need to actually face the direction your shooting or swinging, so with the revolver, you can basically just stand still and blaze awaw, and at most move away from an animal, indeed the only trouble you have is random spawn. Unless weapons are going to be directional, I would very much suggest making projectile crafting a thing in the game, especially if we're seeing more animals and more weapon types in the future.

Okay, I do suspect the tree thing is bugged. I just had a 20 minute long game, and not a single tree . Amusingly enough I died of poisoned meet, since I only started with about 1500 health, and yee gods the revolver is rather broken. I also still! despite 40 grass, 73 wood and 28 branches haven't got enough metal for the binoculars .Really awesome game thoug, and I suspect it's going to become even better in the future.

I contributed to the kickstarter for star traders 2 accessibility, and am really sad it wasn't fixed, heck, I'm sad the sector menu never got the access fix to show the factions of each planet. There is so much trees brothers could've done and didn't.maybe I need to reinstall the smugglers series . still, hopefully we'll be seeing more  space trading and combat games in the future, I'd love to see new Horizons get some updates, maybe with the ability to capture ships and take things further, indeed New horizons is literally the only real time space trading and combat game we've seen accessible so far.

Hello. As someone who has lost 10 pounds in the last year I'll give you advice. First, cutting down on fast food, soda and other processed foods really does help. I honestly was shocked at just how much that helps. Second, drinking water is very important. I have a 32 OZ insulated cup and I go through at least 2 or 3 refills or this cup every day. Three, exercise is important and yes it can be enjoyable. It's all about your mind set and attitude. I have a talking scale I found 10 years or so ago and I use that to track my weight. But I know they have scales that can interface with your phone. Hope this helps you all.

That was the name of that program. VB Cable. I could not find it for years on end. It's good for a laptop set up away from the mixer. Sometimes I need to do podcast or audio work in the field and need a way to  get audio from youtube or another program while recording in an audio editor and this does the trick. Also a few notes for people like us. It's a good idea to invest in a $5 usb audio adapter so your screen reader TTS can go through that and the laptop audio card is freed up. Also I found a very good pair of Sony bluetooth headphones for $50 or so. The model is WI-XB400 and it's on amazon and at best buy. The bluetooth addon for NVDA makes these a very viable option. Yeah virtual  audio cable is very laggy and could never get it sounding right whenever I tried it.  vb audio cable was actually my makeshift mixer for years on end until I could finally afford a proper board that could let me isolate my screen reader audio in my headphones. I had a mixer and the garbage thing did not have that setting. Then again it was a $80 Alesis mixer. For anyone who loses speech during installation, Just hit control plus NVDA plus S then tab once and change the selection and hit enter. If you still have no speech, repeat that until speech comes through. I remember losing audio the first time I installed vb cable and then I tried that tip and eventually I got my sound back. Also make sure your default device is not vb audio cable so you can hear your windows sounds if need be.

Hi,Great concept. I spoke to you about this privately but I'd like to see if the community agrees with me: Meat should not poison you. It makes little sense. If you gut and clean the animal, then cook it in a fire, it shouldn't be toxic, meat rarely is, unless it's rancid, which I sure hope this stuff isn't. Making both food sources poison you, as well as these animals hitting you extremely hard and these fruits and meats being the only way to restore health, you're kind of set up to fail quickly.

Agreed, though let's be honest, CR really failed at being an RP game from day 1. I personally don't have a problem with that, as much as I enjoy RP in miriani. TBH I think the best course of action at this point would be to remove the IC channels intirely and just have general channels which can be used for anything. I think a lot of devs seem to forget that space moo doesn't automatically have to equal rollplay game.I will give this another try later today and just hope I can get further with it. FYI, maybe I'm just an idiot or failed to read some help file somewhere, though I'm pretty sure I read all of the introduction help files, but I didn't even know pods were a thing until a friend told me. Reminds me a little bit of another moo I should hardly need mention.

Yeah, to find out how many manamon you need check your manapedia. It will tell you which you have captured / seen and leave those you haven't as unknowns.Also, I have a question myself. Spoilers:Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I'm perplexed by how to go about capturing the legendary manamon polosses. I've collected all four ice crystals, and found the rumbling in Paladin point mentioned in the guide, however when I stand below the rumbling and hit enter it tells me it's a statue holding five ice crystals. I've tried using my ice crystals while standing by the statue, to no avail.Any pointers you can give would be appreciated. Thanks and stay safe.
