[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Re: Trapping of function keys in Axapta, and using them as Hotkey for certain requirements / process

Try AxAssist Add-on.
Its provide hotkeys management. Additionaly, you can use hotkeys in 
Axapta Editor (you can call any EditorScript function). For example. 
i am use Ctrl+1 for comment and Ctrl+2 for uncomment the selected 
text.
Additionaly its provide:
- Acronyms (type "QBDS" to get "QueryBuildDataSource" and etc)
- Browsing elements directly in Editor (variable info, type, 
caption, info for table fields under cursor)
- Opening element directly from Editor 
- Suggestions and Autotext (For examle, AxAssist determines type of 
left operand (at the left of `=') automatically and builds the list 
of suggestions dynamically. )
- Additional Toolbar in Editor 
- Browsing table in one click 
- Advanced caption for AOT element 
- Switching between object methods without using AOT (this work in 
Editor).

[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Error while posting Sales Invoice

Hi,

I am getting the error while Invoicing the SO , Packing slip is already 
posted

" Cannot create a record in INDSOPostingAmount (INDSOPostingAmount). 
Charge Name: BCD, 23,00.The record already exists." 

Can anybody help me to resolve this error. ( I can solve this through 
backend , but is there any solution to solve this with frontend.)

I never tried getting UNPOSTED Transactions in FRx and also not sure whether
it's feasibleSo it's still an open issue.

I again tried installing seperate FRx 6.7 SP9 on seperate machine and
integrated with Axapta 3.0, but when I am importing metadata XML, it is not
processing that.Giving the following error in event viewer:

'The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( FRx Dimension Wizard )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description;
see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the
event: Metadata processing failed. See the event log for error information.:

In the Vendor form there is not any Mandatory credit limit check. 

 

Credit limit param is set to warning in Payable Accounts / Parameters and not 
error message isn't the same as this :

 

"Update has been canceled because of a potential oversettlement. The Balance on 
a customer- or vendor transaction must not exceed the amount.."

Credit group-->Check whether Mandatory credit limit is checked or not.
