Marsha S, It's how you have your computer set up. You have to set up your computer to pick Outlook, another email client, etc. When I find a match that I want to email, I RIGHT click the envelope. Just a general comment. I have found no subscription or site (Family Search) that has been helpful in searching records in the Acores. The only site I use for the Acores is the CCA and there is no magic bullet to find a particular record other than time consuming searching. These sites MyHeritage, Ancestry are useful in searching in the US and other countries where records have been indexed and so on. Another reminder that any trees or information that does not come from looking directly at a record is subject to errors and as such need to be verified. Thank you very much. I do have an Ancestry subscription. I thought it may be redundant. It would be hard to amass all the records Ancestry has. I joined last year just to see what it's like. I don't think it's worth it. I did find a family tree posted there that has a link to my family but the people never got back to me when I contacted them. I didn't find any records I couldn't access from Ancestry.
