Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] 9.2 - BACD from SIP phone -- dtmf relay problem

2009-08-12 Thread Mick Vaites

What does your full h323 associated config look like.

I vaguely remember when doing this that some previous requirement (GK?)
meant I¹d changed the port h323 was listening on to 1820. That being the
case you¹ll need to add the port to the session target command.

Session target ipv4:10.11.202.1:1820

Also I¹d be tempted to use the loopback address and not the lan address.

Best regards

Mick

I posted this to other groups without adequate response...

So, I have a customer who wants to put in a CUE at every remote site
for VM, but use CUCM for call processing (so the CUE would work in
SRST, but be connected to CUCM via JTAPI).

We have demo gear from Cisco and we have the CUE7 working with CCM7,
in SRST, we have most functionality, but MWI does not work... (in ccm
 mode, everything works...)

I have found lots of documentation saying it is supported, but none
 saying how to do it...

 From the SRND:

Although MWI changes are not supported in SRST mode with previous
releases of Cisco Unity Express, voice messages can be sent and
retrieved as during normal operation, but the MWI lamp state on the
phone remains unchanged until the phone registers again with Unified
CM. At that time, all MWI lamp states are automatically resynchronized
with the current state of the users' Cisco Unity Express voicemail
boxes. Cisco Unity Express 3.0 and later releases support MWI for SRST
 mode

 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/6x/unityx.html

 Anyone see this work?

Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] IPCC Administration issue

2009-08-12 Thread Jeff Cotter
Well successful as in I get to the main page however I am unable to do anything
once there. When I click on System or Tools it does not do anything. No drop
down menu of choices etc.

That's very odd. You did get a successful login with Administrator/ciscocisco
right?

Clear cache and try again. Login first through appadmin with
Administrator/ciscocisco, then navigate to that page. It'll work, I've had to
do the same before.

Thanks Tanner, when I go to http://localhost/appadmin/JTAPI I am prompted for
login info. Which the only thing that works is Administrator/ciscocisco it
then tells me the logged in user is unauthorized to access this page. As
such there is no option for me to run the JTAPI Resync.

Tools nothing happens. I do not get the drop down menus and therefore am
unable to do anything. In addition my Auto Attendant I have configured on IPCC
is working fine. The only changes I can remember making that may be affecting
this are the following.

LDAP integration. My crsadmin user was pending deletion. I removed ldap and
rebooted. Same issue.

I changed the Name of my sever to an IP address however I could swear I tested
everything after that

This is hit or miss as to whether your database survives for me.
