What does your full h323 associated config look like. I vaguely remember when doing this that some previous requirement (GK?) meant I¹d changed the port h323 was listening on to 1820. That being the case you¹ll need to add the port to the session target command. Session target ipv4:10.11.202.1:1820 Also I¹d be tempted to use the loopback address and not the lan address. [OSL | CCIE_Voice] IPCC Administration issue
I booted my IPCC server for the first time in awhile and had problems logging in to app admin. The old password I used was not working. If I use the default password Administrator/ciscocisco...I am authenticated however when I select System or Tools nothing happens. I do not get the drop down menus and therefore am unable to do anything. In addition my Auto Attendant I have configured on IPCC is working fine. The only changes I can remember making that may be affecting this are the following. LDAP integration. My crsadmin user was pending deletion. I removed ldap and rebooted. Same issue. Clear cache and try again. Login first through appadmin with Administrator/ciscocisco, then navigate to that page. It'll work, I've had to do the same before.
