What does your full h323 associated config look like. I vaguely remember when doing this that some previous requirement (GK?) meant I¹d changed the port h323 was listening on to 1820. That being the case you¹ll need to add the port to the session target command.
Session target ipv4:10.11.202.1:1820 Also I¹d be tempted to use the loopback address and not the lan address. Doesn't recognize dtmf keypresses. BR2 SCCP phones work fine. PSTN phone works fine. HQ phone over the GK trunk (SCCP or SIP) also doesn't recognize DTMF. HQ calling a BR2 phone - no DTMF heard in handset BR2 phone calling a HQ phone - DTMF heard.
