MGCP does reset by CUCM if it's configured to be controlled by CUCM. If you're using fractional PRI then you might see an issue with resetting the MGCP gateway through CUCM. Hi, Can you verify that calling number is 10 digits or 7 digits for incoming calls and call type? If it is 10 digits prefix +1, if it is 7 digits prefix +1XXX on the gateway. Call flow is : Called number -> Translation -pattern -> route pattern -> GW -> transformation pattern -> (debug isdn q931). Run debug isdn q931 and see what is the called and calling party number and type. hi, thanks for replies, no transformations on either dp or device itself. isdn messages received from pstn were from proper information. i made the prefix on gw pages according to same info. but the change was not reflecting on phone after gw reset and no mgcp/ mgcp. can u guys confirm if any command entered / not entered in gw or any service parameter change can effect the display on phone? i have done it several time in my home lab and it works okay the first time. Make sure you do not have called transformation applied on the dev pool or the phone.
